Panda Express — Restaurant in Virginia

I placed an order for 2 family meals in advance before the restaurant was even opened, scheduled for a 12pm pick up. I got there 5 minutes early, and I could see that my order was not prepared yet. I let the worker know of my presence. I then had to wait another 35 minutes for my order. I watched as many people walked in, ordered their food, and left with their order right away. Some people ordered 3-4 plates or a family meal, and they got it on the spot. Each time I asked when my order would be ready, i was told "another 5 minutes". I find it unacceptable and frustrating that I ordered in advance, but had to wait for a long time while the person working at the food station prioritized walk-ins and didn't bother with my order even after he was reminded again and again that I was still waiting. Not only that, they were skimpy with my order and did not fill it to the top of the box. A...

My boyfriend LOVES Panda Express. I wanted to order him a nice dinner. So I ordered his favorites: a big plate with super greens, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and sweetfire chicken. I also ordered 2 chicken egg rolls. Imagine my suprise when I open his delivery and I find a plate that is more than half full of white rice, beef and broccoli, and orange chicken. The shrimp were in a mini box and no greens or sweetfiee chicken anywhere.

I attempted to call the store. After 5 repeated calls someone finally answered. I explained the issue and they put me on hold. They asked their person that boxed the order who claimed to have filled it correctly- must be a delivery driver issue. nope. I have a receipt with my info on it. He finally says they will make a new order , but HANGS UP ON ME.

Give Ramon a raise! Tuesday june 16, on a rainy night. I made my hubby drive 40min , my 36 pregnancy craving wanted panda express for dinner.

We asked for two plates, I always get the usual beigin beef, chow mein, fried rice. The person serving me stated there was no more beef ): so I asked him what was anything the was closer to the flavor.

That’s when he asked Ramon, I guessed he spoke Spanish. I asked him in Spanish the same question, and told him I really wanted the beef. He went out his way and asked for a batch. Freshly cooked and flavored beigin beef (: mind you this was one hour before closing . Ramon is a GOAT! Everything else was smooth.

Despite the weather, the restaurant floor was dry and safe to walk in. Made me safe during my pregnancy. Will definitely be coming more often.
