Not the first time we went to Lebanese. We like their food. However the customer service is extremely extremely disappointing. A couple of things we tried to disregard in some of our visits, however this time we have had enough.
The staff is so disrespectful and absolutely rude. When you share a feedback while eating, you expect the very least for the server to get back to you. They did not, and ignored. Moroever, upon asking for a green habanero sauce she said they are out of it. And instead offered to get an another sauce like taziki or something. When the bill came in, we saw a charge for the sauce which we were clearly not notified. It’s not about the charge, the manager told the server to tell the customers she won’t take the charge off and said they should have looked at the bill. We tried to explain politely that we come here very often, and being charged for something which wasn’t communicated is not right. Upon which she said “since you come here often, you can’t expect to be given things free”. This is an insult and really humiliating. She identified herself as the manager, and refused to give her name. This clearly shows she was at fault, else giving out name would not be such a big deal. She started shouting at us at the endz This is our very last visit, never coming back to this place again.
Despite the amazing food, we all deserve respect and customer service. Such behavior is not acceptable at all! The manager on duty was a lady, had curly hair and a pony tail. Totally ruining the reputation of the place, and should not be in management at all.
Also often we disregarded that at 8:15pm the staff starts cleaning the place like brooming or mopping. In fact have often been refused to dine in even before 9. The food is good but the staff and the management must be well trained and should be customer oriented. The owner should spend more time at this place, and look into what’s going on. They are totally damaging the...
Read moreI have been their customer for years at Lebanese Kitchen. We like their wings and kebabs as usual. However, it is probably the last time we ordered there due to hidden price increase on the bill and bad services from a servant.
When we order our meal, we found that the price of each entree we order increased $3 (about 14% hidden increase) without telling us in advanced. While we asked the reason of hidden price increase, the servant replied with rude attitude saying that the price on the menu is subject to change without prior notice. I can take price increase on the menu, then decide whether I’m going to order it. However, I don’t like being blindfolded and pay the bill without notice. The dishonesty was just bad, so was the way their servant replied.
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING IT, that’s my advice if you ever want to go there. Don’t let them rip you off when checking out.
*Notes to response from the owner:
I've checked all the reviews you replied, but all with a similar manner: Thank you, apology, and nothing happened after or promise to improve. For example, you can say we will correct the price on the printed menu to avoid confusion, and we will educate or train our staff with a better manner.
When I asked to talk to restaurant manager, or the owner at the time, your staff (the lady who was rude and mean) rejected, unwilling to offer me any contact, and furthermore saying I was yelling at her (which I was not at all). The service experience was so bad that not only I will not come back to dine or take out again unless seeing some staff change or price reflected correctly on the printed menu, but will actively discourage all my families and friends not going to your restaurant.
Selecting the right staff carefully or else it's really going to hurt your business somehow... Just my humble opinion as your...
Read moreThis was my first time trying this restaurant and I’m definitely satisfied. I bought a kabob family platter and that was some of the best beef if ever had. The food was very tasty and the yogurt sauce was the perfect cherry on top. My family and I enjoyed the meal, I’ll definitely come back here.
The only thing I’d comment on is the portion size compared to the price. I feel like $112 (after taxes and fees, without tip) is a bit much relative to how much food you get. My family consists of 5 people and there was barely any food left after we ate. But then again, the convenience of buying one big platter vs 5 separate meals is also what we’re paying for. In my opinion, a fair price would be $85 before taxes and fees, and Id come here every week if that was the case. Also there were only 4 pieces of bread while the platter is advertised for “6-8 people”, so I can imagine some being disappointed when ordering for 6-8 people and finding that the portions aren’t necessarily what they were expecting. I think reducing the listed price by $15-20 and then adding 6 pieces of bread instead of 4 would make this THE go-to option whenever a group of friends or family want some good eats.
Imagine customers paying you a weekly $85 vs paying $105 monthly. (That comes out to $4080 vs $1344 yearly revenue from just one customer 😳. I’m trying to tell you guys, reduce the price just a teensy bit and you’ll generate more profit from this menu item than you would have with the current price).
For the staff reading this, please don’t take this in a negative manner, I just wanted to provide some feedback. Constructive criticism if you will 😅🙏🏽 You guys are great don’t worry.
Overall, great food and I’ll be back (I’ll be back sooner and much more frequently if yall drop the prices a...
