Hello there!!
I came to this yoga studio when I was visiting my best friend in Chapel Hill for a week. I bought the unlimited week pass through the Mind Body app, and went to the studio with a friend, who is an ambassador there. I personally had little to no real yoga experiences, let alone hot yoga. And let me just say, this has changed my life....
i went to 4 classes when I was there, 3 power classes with Rachel and 1 recharge with Sterling... and as soon as I got home, I started looking up hot yoga studios in New Orleans. That is how much I loved the classes. The Power Class was intense, but not impossible... and the sweat makes you feel like you are working harder than you ever have before! The recharge class even more beautiful and peaceful, as it is all about slowing down.
This place was amazing in every way, from the music that was played, to the intentions set before every class, to the staff that worked there and the cool towels after class.
If i could give 10 stars instead of 5, I WOULD!! If I lived in NC, I would drive very far to come to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām new from out of state. Iāve been going to the Chapel Hill studio since January. Though I havenāt tried all the yoga studios in the area, I have tried a handful. This studio first attracted me with their flexible scheduling (you can schedule last minute) and cancellation policy (no fine or fee). I work in healthcare and am often on call and would get burned by having to cancel at other places because of work. FBY is also more affordable than other nearby studios too. Their class times and their schedule are perfect for me. When it comes to their classes, Heatherās classes are the best (and also the hardest!). No fear though, not every class is hard. Even the most difficult classes offer modifications for all skill levels. I also LOVE Kelseyās mobility classes. They blow my mind. I burn so many calories and have a great sore the next day. Iāve enjoyed learning new poses, challenging myself, and having fun at Feel...

PROS -Clear instruction, enjoyable Vinyasa flow that was challenging in a good way. Felt great after the class. -Reasonable price for drop ins. -Light airy space. Feels fresh and new. Waiting room is large but cozy. Nice blond wood that feels a bit like Colorado. -Clean, new loaner mats that were free -Fun affirming words written all over the walls. -Cool lavender-scented washcloth for savasana that feels luxurious.
CONS -Sound was pretty good, but every so often it was slightly hard to hear the instructor bc of the roomās acoustics. -Space is heated during sessions. Some people love this but I donāt. To be fair, this is stated on their website. And if you like heated yoga, youāll love this. TBH, I canāt think of any big negatives....
