Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Charles Town

I bought a recliner from Aaron's and am very happy all the way around. Service was outstanding. They will work with you, making sure that the customer is happy. Because I paid cash and paid in full, the salesperson gave me a nice discount. Delivery was great. I was told they would be there between a certain time, but they arrived early, which was no problem. The delivery guys were very personable and quick. They knew what they were doing and did it well. They were friendly and professional. The store has a good selection of furniture and televisions. I will say one thing, the prices on the televisions aren't that good, in my opinion. They are high. I would rather buy a television from Walmart, and I'm not a fan of the electronics department there. Aaron's has some very nice furniture. What I really liked about the store is the fact that they will work with you. Like I said, I got a nice discount for paying in full and in cash. I am very happy with the recliner. I will be going back to Aaron's for the purchase of other items as I have the money. They offer a few payment plans including weekly and monthly. Once the delivery was made, I was called by the store to make sure that all went well. I was surprised that the manager called me. I am very happy with the furniture and the service. They sell mew as well as used furniture. Buying used will get you discounts, but you can tell by the nicks that it is used. Of course for used wood furniture, a little Old English will do the trick. The manager at this store, "Chris" just called me about some loan a relative had. I answered the phone and said I was driving and couldn't speak. He literally yelled at me to tell her he was picking it all up and then hung up on me. I called immediately upon getting home and told him he was incredibly rude, I had no loan and why on earth did he yell at me. He proceeded to scold me and said I shouldn't have answered the phone while driving because it was illegal and when I said he was being very confrontational considering I had no loans and had no idea what was happening he proceeded to tell me that I " sounded very worked up and should pull over and take a deep breath". This was the rudest most misogynistic, unprofessional customer service experience I have ever had. It boggles my mind that somebody like this works in customer service at all let alone as a manager. I called him back as a courtesy to see what was happening( again I have never even been to an AARONS) and was treated like garbage by some a hole on a power...

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! They work with you all the time, are extremely friendly and quick as far as response, delivery, prompt each month offering options to pay off furniture in advanced, and even let me swap my already paid on furniture for another thing of same class without losing all the money I spent! They even helped my husband surprise me for valentine's day even though I kinda got too nosey and ruined most of the surprise 😂😅 oops! But 100/10 would ABSOLUTELY reccomend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE. They're AWESOME especially for first time renters and home owners looking to be creative with the space they're given!
