Very patient. In less than 36 business hours (with a day closed in between) my couch that I was told I could have within the week was not available- they had a floor model in two stores, and this is a discontinued item, so I though they would give it to me. I have to wait more than 30 days approx for the recliner as well. Three different stories. But I had to have this set. The other location less than 20 miles to me gave me a third story. I am not sure, but I think they were going to deliver it to me COD. You don't see that anymore! I singed paperwork I was not quite sure what I was signing, but I thought I was getting a different, originally hoped for color. Oh well. Let's see how it goes when it gets here. In 5 days, in 10 days??? or in 30 days??? Also, they refused to ship the items in 3 different shipments- even though they didn't have the pieces they told me I could have the very first day I got there, and even though I offered to pay another shipping fee. I have an Air B N B, and I NEEDED THIS FURNITURE STAT, that is why I selected it. comfort and availability. Not much of a discount except for the one everyone else gets. If you don't have it in stock and you tell me you do, with 3 different delivery dates,,,, how about it? I came back to Schewels because I wanted to keep my patronage to a local business that did right by me the first two times. Fingers crossed they "go above and beyond" to get me these items even if I can't have the discontinued floors models... am I the only one confused? Nice people...

We had the chance to test out the Beauty Rest mattress at a resort in Acapulco, México. It took me a few months until I was able to locate a similar mattress at Schewels Home, West Virginia. Leslie, the amazing sales rep was super kind and answered all of my questions about the Beauty Rest mattress. Since it was an hour away from where I live it took me a while to visit the store. Leslie was incredibly helpful for several weeks, including messages via texts. Then Leslie informed me of a big sale Schewels was having. We were able to visit and saved lots of money thanks to her help.

The store was very pleasant and appealing while we were there and everyone was very helpful throughout the process.

Additionally, the shipping cost was under 30 dollars and all of my items arrived the following week in perfect conditions. The delivery guys were superb and professional while placing all of the parts of the mattress.

I strongly recommend this location and I’d love to shop here again.
