On 11/27/19 in the evening I waited for the assistant manager and the cashier to finish their conversation on guessing who called the storeās phone. The cashier noticed me but turned back around without saying a word. I patiently waited until I realized that the discussion was about a particular person who called the store. The cashier was so engaged with the conversation that she was leaning on half way on the part that I placed my items on. Never once did they say that they will be with me in just a moment. The assistant manger was just as bad. What happened to the employees who greet you when you come in. What happened to the workers that ask you how you are doing because the recognize their regular customers? When needing to move from one aisle to the next, only certain aisles have middle pathways, whereas others do not. So, it is almost always in the customer's best interest to walk along the outer perimeter. I can't think of any other store, including other Dollar Tree locations--that feature this sort of layout, and there's good reason for that.
