A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in West Virginia

Very poor service. I waited in line for over 5 minutes becuase the cashier messed something up on the POS machine and had to call the manager over for every customer in front of me. When I finally got up to order, I asked to remove a few items from my burger due to dietary restrictions. The cashier messed something up again and had to have the manager fix it. After all that, my burger came out with all the things I asked to be removed on it. Additionally, I asked for a cup for ice water and the cashier tried to charge me for bottled water. I thought she just made a mistake and hit the wrong thing on the POS machine, so I explained that I just wanted tap water from the soda fountain. She insisted on charging me for the tap water and started to take an aggressive tone with me. I will not be returning to...

This is a long John silver with an A&W in one restaurant. You can order from anyone you like and also mix and match.. there aren’t many of these restaurants left across the country. I was pretty happy to see them and that too together. Food is good. They’re quick with it quality is as expected. It really takes you back. Prices are extremely reasonable. You will have a fulfilling meal here. The other fast food joints and try something different here.

I ordered from the A&W menu, specifically the spicy double papa burger. And all the veggies on the burger were extremely fresh and the fries are amazing. All For $10. Definitely better value & better taste as compared to a lot of the other fast...

Stopped here twice going through the drive through and the service was terrible. The order was missing items the first time. Went back the 2nd time because a family member was here and wanted a root beer... And they were out of it. Ordered a 2 piece meal (A5) and there were about 10 fries thrown on top of 2 medium size chicken strips. The issue here isn't the food quality but the quantity for a 10 dollar meal which just added insult to injury. Their polar "swirl" wasn't a swirl at all. It was the. They just placed toppings at the bottom of the cup and added ice cream and more toppings at the top instead of mixing it through. There definitely won't be a 3rd time but at least the employees...
