10/10!! I don't even know where to start with this review. The biggest reason I picked this company over others in the area was the fact that they offer private cruises which was important for our group. We were a bachelorette party of 13 and just wanted to be able to celebrate together - I've heard too many horror stories about women getting paired with bachelor parties on semi-private tours and dealing with a boat full of creepy drunk dudes. No thanks! Anyway, we showed up to the dock for our reservation (super easy to find and get to, btw) and we were delighted that our entire crew was women! Apparently this is fairly rare, so we felt like we hit the jackpot. Our captain, first mate, and trainee - Hannah, Grace, and Lily - were INCREDIBLE. Not only were they a fun group (it felt like they could have been a part of our party for the rest of the weekend) but there was an added level of comfort and security knowing that we were in good hands with bad*ss women. We got on the boat, and there was a cute little sign that said "Congrats Mary Kate" (the bride) as well as cute koozies, cups, and other bachelorette-appropriate items. They had plenty of cooler space, water, and ice to keep our drinks cold, so that was nice. The crew pointed out a few cool landmarks, all the dolphins, and boats with dogs on them, so, all the most important stuff, obviously. They got us going with a couple of fun drinking games, and then cranked up the tunes and let us have an amazing time together, soaking in the impeccable sights and vibes of Charleston. They have different boats to accommodate your group size. On Sunday August 27, I organized a surprise birthday boat ride for my best friend with 25 of all our friends and family. From the moment I began the planning process back in late June (Alayna) the booking specialist was very professional and answered all of the 50,000 questions I kept asking lol. She was patient with me, and always responsive in a timely manner. On the day of the event; Jake and Howie were there to help from the moment I arrived at the dock to unload items we needed. Although I had a team of friends already in place to unload, Jake & Howie were still adamant about helping and made sure everything was perfect. We recently hosted a corporate event aboard The Lux Cat in Charleston, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we stepped on board, Captain Jake and his crew made sure our group felt welcomed, relaxed, and ready to have a great time.

The boat itself is immaculate—spacious, modern, and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of lounge space, shaded areas, two clean bathrooms, and even a beer pong table to keep the energy high. The Bluetooth speaker system made it easy for us to set the mood with our own playlist, and the huge cooler filled with ice and water was a great touch that kept everyone hydrated and happy.

We chose the 3-hour Beach Bash, and it was the perfect mix of sightseeing and play. Cruising around Charleston Harbor with a drink in hand and the city skyline as a backdrop was unforgettable, everything took the experience to the next level.
