We took a 3 hour tour around Charleston harbor with Captain Dan on his beautiful cruising yacht. We were a party of six family members celebrating Spring Break together and his yacht had plenty of room to accommodate all of us in style and comfort. When embarking Captain Dan mentioned we may see some dolphins. Well his prophecy came true in spades and we saw a pod of 4, among many other sightings, frolicking in the waters near historic Charleston downtown. We got a cats eye view of Ft Sumter and many historic homes along the battery. Captain Dan was very knowledgeable of local Charleston history and was a fantastic guide on our yachting trek. My husband and I hired Captain Dan for our wedding "getaway boat" and had the best experience! He is communicative and friendly. We're grateful that he hung up our "just married" sign across his boat so that you could see it in pictures, which we shipped to him from Etsy. He and his co-captain were able to pick us up at the dock at our wedding venue and then gave us a tour of the harbor.
