Definitely cannot say enough good things about this place. First time getting a suit and definitely lucky to drive to Charleston and find this place. I've never had a suit and didn't know how to go about it. I was greeted at the door by Eugene and after just a few minutes of talking he was pulling stuff for me to try. He didn't hesitate to change things to make sure everything was perfect. Things I thought fit and looked good he would change and it was way better. He definitely knows suits. Mr. Estep also talked a bit after I got everything and he also made the experience amazing. I was letting him know I'm just a blue color business owner and never needed a suit. He let me know he also had jeans and shirts. Some of the jeans was actually cheaper than the big stores. He made sure I was happy with everything and the price before I left. As someone who would never spend suit money on cloths, the whole experience makes me want to go back for more things. My suit is out being tailored and he made sure I would have it back in a week. Estep's is THE premier men's fashion boutique of Charleston WV. The quality is top notch with customer service to match. My son need accessories for his spring formal that he decided at the very last minute, the day of, to attend, two reps stepped in to help us find not just what we needed but heard me express how he likes to stand out from the crowd. They both searched and searched to find what my son loved and made sure that everything met my satisfaction as well. Not only that a third rep heard me say that I needed to get my son's suit pressed, and he tried to find a dry cleaners who might be able to do it. With no success with finding a cleaners he checked to see if their tailor had his press. When I say they are a FULL service men's shop I mean I would bid them against any other anywhere. I,would describe myself as a chronic window shopper! Always scoping Estep's nice large /modern display window! I've dealt with Estep's now for more than 5 years if not longer, I've been purchasing complete outfits for my only grandchild in young adolescent sizes! Why?! When he's only 7years of age,and was younger when I begin purchasing suits and accessories for him you ask! I'm doing it because one day I want him to experience these fine fashions! Presently I am awaiting the tan suit on order, in his boy size,! The staff,are friendly and helpful, being a female shopper, the men has never made me feel less knowledgeable about my needs for him, and will go out of their way to accommodate me!I truly appreciate working with such a genuine group of people!
