Disappointed - I have been shopping here for a while, even had our wedding registry here. Unfortunately, today I tried to use a gift card from aforementioned wedding registry and was told their system changed over and that all gift cards expired after one year. It does not mention this on the back of the gift card nor on the e gift card section of the website. The owner himself refused to honor the gift card despite it having the amount written on it and an associated receipt with the same total. Customer service is the best thing about shopping local and when a place loses it, you might as well get the same stuff from the big guys who have one day shipping and still know how to treat...
