You know that you are in a working bakery when they have a "wanted" sign in the window asking for help coming in at 4 am. A cozy place that smells, looks, and feels like a bakery. Country Batard, croissants, and sandwiches looked fabulous and tasted so much better than anything you can buy at a grocery store. The bread has plenty of fine pores, a wonderful shape with a taste on the lighter, less sour and more wheaty side.
