I wish I would’ve known that this company uses DoorDash. I would’ve never ordered my daddy’s pizza from here if I knew. So, because of DoorDash, I’m giving them 1 stars. The dudes working in the store were nice, fast, and just as confused as I was when I brought back my pizzas. I was on vacation with my family and we ordered these pizzas. I called and placed the order at 6:43 pm. The guys said 30 to 35 mins. I said ok. I waited an hour and called back and the guy said it had been delivered. I said it has not. He checked and he said well here it says it’s been marked delivered. I told him that my daddy has been having issues with his heart and hadn’t eaten all and wanted his pizza. He said he would remake it and send it out STAT. We waited another hour and an extra 30 mins. We walk to the lobby and they finally tell us the pizza is here. I open the boxes and find this. 2 pieces are missing out of the first boxes. So, I close all 4 boxes and take them to the business. I show the manager of the night. He agrees this is horrible. Makes 2 MORE PIZZAS. While we are talking a DoorDasher walks in. I ask if she was the one who ate my pizza and she looked at me and said no, if you were to have gotten something from me it wouldn’t have arrived like that. So, she grabs another delivery and walks out. My mama is in the car and sees the girl just dying laughing as the girl gets into her car. We get our pizzas and fly back to the hotel to feed our kids and poor daddy. I get to the Hilton and ask the front desk was the delivery driver a girl and she said yes. I then stated what clothes she had on and asked the front and she described to me exactly what the driver was wearing. It was the lady I had seen in the papa johns. I will never use another papa johns until they stop...
Read moreI would give this location negative stars if I could. I did an online delivery for 12 pizzas for a work Christmas party for carryout. I arrived on time to pick up my order and the "manager" came to the door to tell me they were closed. I tried to tell her 35 people were waiting on me to bring them lunch. She continued to tell me, "their system was down, they were closed, and there was nothing she could do for me". After leaving very disappointed and empty handed I eventually talked to the supervisor who told me they were very sorry and convinced me to let them make it right. I am now back at my pick up time and the "manager" is now telling me it'll be 25 minutes because it's such a large order. My question is, why would they fulfill my order for this time if they had no intentions of doing so!?

After several calls through the automated system(as you never get a direct line to the restaurant), call was transferred to an employee of the restaurant. I was told that my order would be remade. I finally got my almost $50 order of one large specialty pizza and a side... a few minutes before midnight!! By then, even the roaches were starving! That's a damn shame considering my location is/was less than a mile away! But hey, the food was excellent! Isn't it always when your close to death's door from starvation?! Papa John's has really lowered the bar on caring about promptness and I'm sure about many other things, especially since the fallout with the original owner and about who they let franchise or use their name these days!
