THIS OTHER EVENING ON USING THE DRIVE TRU THE KIDS / YOUNG LADIES THAT HANDEL YOUR FOODS THOUGHT IS WAS MORE FUN TO HANDEL PUPPIES THRU THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW AN HOLD UP THE LINE OF ORDERING PEOPLE TO YUK IT UP WITH A NON CUSTOMER WHO BOUGHT NOTHING THE FINALLY MOVED ON AFTER THE LADY IN FRONT OF ME COMPLAIN OUT OF HER WINDOW AN I TO DID THE SAME AN IMAGINE THEY HANDEL OUR FOODS LAUGHING ALL ALONG! AN WAS RUDE TO THE LADY IN FRONT OF ME DRIVE THRU AN SHE PUT THEM IN THEIR PLACE AN I PULLED TO THE WINDOW AN ASK THE YOUNG BLOND GIRL AN CASHIER A TEEN BRUNETTE IF THEY WASHED UP BUT THEY DID COMENT BUT LAUGHED I SAID DID THE LADY COMPLAIN TO YOU AS IM DOING THEY LAUGHING SAID YESSS AN THE BRUNETTE SAID THE B. ACTUALLY COMPLAINED LAUGHING ALL THE TIME! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL IF THEY DID THIS IMAGINE HOW THE ACT WITH YOUR ORDERS AN FOODS!??? NOTE THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!! I SAT A WATCH THRU THE MAIN WINDOWS KIDS/EMPLOYEES LITTERLALLY PLAYING THROW THINGS IN DINNING AREA WOW!! TACO BELL HAS DROPPED THE BALL HERE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING...

The last two times I’ve been here has been a horrible experience. I came here to get my dinner after working a 14 hour shift. There was me and two other people in the dinning room. Waiting on food. I waited 45 minutes for my food. I watched the girl who was gathering my food sneeze in my fries that I had waited for, for 45 minutes. Then they kept not giving me the right food and shorting me food. The short blonde girl seemed to be the manager. She was loud they were all loud cussing and being clowns. Worst service ever. Time after that which was 8:20pm tonight on 09/13/22 all your employees were standing outside smoking & they told me and my husband they were currently not going orders , because their smoking. As soon as we drove to Burger King the drive thru was clearly open. Something needs to be done. This store needs either shut down or all the employees from night...

We went through the drive through an hour before close. First, they didn’t have freezes, that’s fine. We get the food, check we have all items, and head home. When we unwrap the food to eat we notice every single item is made wrong, missing ingredients, is something completely different, and it’s all really old to boot. Not just, “fast food that took a drive home old,” regular old nasty old. I’m also pretty sure the one item of mine kind of made right had cheap cheese from the supermarket or perhaps cheese that spoiled on it... Very nasty and inedible in the end. But, at this point, we’re home with no time to make it back before close, they don’t answer the phone, and of course, there’s no receipt to begin with.
