Burger King — Restaurant in Charleston

Food is the quality you'd expect, pretty good for fast food. As other reviews have mentioned, it's either hit or miss. This visit for me was a hit! Hence the rating.

I'm a driver just passing through town and needed a quick bite to eat. Cashier lady was VERY friendly... and for some reason offered me a coupon for the exact meal I was purchasing. No kidding, she saved a random coupon for a customer to use. Saved me a dollar.

Service was above and beyond my expectations, so well done whomever that was! Even before that event, the restaurant atmosphere was a tad above neutral from the moment I opened the door. Employees behind running machines seemed - at the very least - energized and willing to do their work. This is coming from an outside traveler, so take this with some salt.

TLDR - Would stop here again for fast food. Good quality chicken sandwiches, nice employees/atmosphere on this day (Feb 22 2023), and a random act of kindness saved me $1. ...

I figured out that by using the Burger King app, there are so many rewards and free goodies from my kid & his friends, where the points are saved into my account to build upon. There have been times that spontaneously my son wanted to go inside, usually when drive through is backed up, ordered quickly inside, no mistakes on order and kind employees. The inside was really clean. I know that my mother has taken my son through the drive-through here, without using my app or coupons, *I feel this is relatively extremely expensive, yet regardless, the employees are always kind and friendly. The food is consistently tasting the same, which is a good thing. The one thing about this Burger King is that the food is always fresh, and my son wants to note there's a kind lady that is at the drive-through window when he goes, usually afternoon. She...

This crew is on the ball and have been for a long while. The food is always hot and fresh, store is always clean, staff friendly. Even when they're busy, they're fast. Kudos to this team and management.

I'd like to see Burger King have a $5 meal deal like most places do, where you can get a taste of a few things. They have deals, of course, a couple sandwiches, but, from what I can see, their meal deals are not all-inclusive. It's nice to walk in a place, and say you want 'the meal deal' and it include a drink, a sandwich, fries, maybe a couple chicken nuggets, etc.

Despite the lack of a proper meal deal, this Burger King location always wins, far above the other choices, in food temps, freshness, taste, cleanliness and service - management and this crew make...
