Arrived at 8:50 for a 9:10 AM directed arrival time. The procedure was to take 30 min. I made it clear that I have to leave by 10 AM for work. After waiting until 9:35 AM, I told the front desk that I would have to leave if I wasn't able to get in soon. The girls at the front desk had an unnecessary attitude, telling me my "my health is important". I did everything I was supposed to do - I checked in online, I arrived very well on time, I paid almost $400, and I waited. She said they couldn't control emergencies. I sat in the waiting room while at least 20 people were called ahead of me. Those were all emergencies? I had to leave and requested a refund. At this time (Now 9:56 AM), they said they could take me in. I asked if they could perform this 30 min procedure in 4 min, since I Had to leave by 10AM? And they said they would try. Just ridiculous and to be made to feel as if this was my fault and no fault of their own is unfair. Still waiting for the promised refund with a call in to their office manager and no response. There was no mystery about the procedure and everything was explained thoroughly. I had a special situation where I needed my images and results the same day and Jessica helped to accommodate me. As I was walking over to the file room to get said images, got lost, and who happened to find, Greta as she was coming back from her lunch! She walked me to the file room, going out of her way on a day that I am sure was very busy for her. She chatted with me on the way and made sure I will still feeling ok after the procedure (HSG). I am so appreciative of the whole office. This started out as a stressful day for me and they made it a very pleasant day. ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell, first I would say I try to avoid the downtown Atrium locations just because of the traffic and trying to find parking on the parking deck. To be fair you will find something at least 5-10 minutes upon entering. Once in the hospital it is always easy to find your location, the signage is visible and correct. The imaging services were genuinely nice. The technician was nice, the instructions were clear and concise, and I was in and out quickly. It was the first place I visited where upon check-in you were instructed to put on a mask, it makes sense and adds protection for the nurses/technicians and doctors. I hope all facilities adopt this...
