While attending a global church conference for 8 nights at my own cost, I was thrilled to find Kasa Edison. It was MUCH more economical than the hotels near the Convention Center, but only 1.7 miles to walk. The Dilworth Historic neighborhood was a beautiful walk to start and end my day. Arriving in the morning from WI I was approved for early checkin which greatly helped my schedule. Kasa 15 was on the 2nd floor-no elevator but I only had to haul the suitcase up oncešŸ™‚ Temperature was comfortable with no option for individual room control. Nice fan/heater in the room and a ceiling fan. Kasa 15 studio/queen was perfect with a comfortable bed, nice bedding, towels, pillows, cooktop, toaster, microwave, nice size refrigerator, Keurig, plenty of coffees, black and herbal tea, hot pot (I had to send a message to learn the cord was insidešŸ˜‚)paper towels, dish detergent and scrub sponge, salt/pepper, olive oil. Just enough dishes, utensils, pans, bowls, but maybe add a few smaller containers with lids to store food. I walked to the Harris Teeter grocery 2 blocks away and bought everything to make all healthy breakfasts and lunches to take for the day. The TCBY store was a nice frozen yogurt treat one evening. There were lots of nearby restaurants but no opportunity to try any. The bathroom was very nice, large shower with rain head, body wash, lotion, shampoo, cream rinse. Great lighting. It took awhile to find the drain release behind the faucet. Dresser and hooks for clothing in the room. The patio was very relaxing. I finally figured out where all the valves were, but then did not have time to enjoy a fire. On check out I was able to wait in the common area while observing the final conference meetings on my computer before going to the airport for a late afternoon flight. The restroom and water station there were a nice feature. My only complaint was difficulty finding my favorite news programs and sports-many options required subscriptions. I never found Spectrum for which I have a account. The check in was new to me and the codes to enter the building the room are given 30 minutes before. It all worked well and was very safe and secure. I would highly recommend this option!

This is one great place to stay! The pictures In the reviews only provide some justice. As a person that was looking for a place that was affordable and very clean, Location, cleanliness, professionalism, safety and comfort were among my top priorities. it was extremely uncomfortably quiet, which provided me peace of mind. And when I encountered other occupants, they were very friendly and I helped them adapt as well. There’s a 24 hour staff available that assist you with anything that you need. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. It felt like VIP status. I received an overwhelming amount of hospitality. I’m usually not one to desire to stay outside of my home Long but I did not want to leave. I was able to access the doors with ease. There were amenities that exceeded my needs. And there is a heater in the room that can be converted into a fan because it happened to snow which caused the temperatures to drop. But I was able to adapt so much that I did not want to leave the room. I never got to the point to watch the TV because I was that comfortable. Everything was clean. it is designed well and from a business standpoint, it was very smart to invest in a property the way that this company did. The linen was fully stocked. Everything was fully stocked for at least several days although I only stayed for two. I would recommend this place as it is very affordable and was more convenient than the hotels. I wish you an enjoyable stay when you experience this place too thanks again Kasa!!! I took a chance on a place like this. This was my first BRB experience and I will definitely continue to return. Thank...

This house/hotel was SO clean!! I can get very anxious about germs, etc, when staying in hotels, and the cleanliness of this one was beyond amazing. It's different than a traditional hotel, and was more "self-service" style - I found this style to be a huge plus, and the the check in instructions very easy to follow. Great customer service, and quick responses to questions, again with clear and easy instructions. Room was beautiful, well designed to make great use of space, and stocked with dishes and all the basics to make the room, bath, and kitchenette fully functional and homey. Side note, the fire alarm went off during our stay (as can happen anywhere - no fire, thankfully), and the staff and then fire department handled everything so quickly and professionally, that it really wasn't an inconvenience. (Fire dept response time had to be less than 5 min!) Big kudos to everyone on handling that so well! Thanks for a great stay Kasa! Would love to see more of this brand for...
