I am so happy I found Kathy via instagram @framedbeautyco! I was so impressed by her work that I didn’t hesitate to make an appointment. It’s RARE to find people who provide great customer service and Kathy really went above and beyond. I felt welcomed, her studio and equipment were clean, and she was very professional. After spending about 3 hours with Kathy she explained to me the differences between her services, how she started, and I could tell how passionate she was about her craft. I was so nervous about getting microblading but before we started we talked about the “look” that I wanted to achieve. I also appreciated her letting me see the shape during the mapping phase just in case I had any concerns. Overall I had an amazing experience and the results were even better than I expected! Kathy is AMAZING. I had been thinking about getting permanent make-up for my eyebrows for years. I over-waxed them as a teenager. I could never pull the trigger. One day I found Kathy on Instagram and I loved her work. I did a video consult with her and she answered all of my questions and was SO knowledgeable. I was able to make an appointment the next week and she was so kind. She spent a ton of time explaining everything she was doing. A few weeks ago I went in for my touch-up and they are perfect! I am so glad I did the nano/powder combo. It gave me the look I was going for. I can do my make-up now in 8 minutes...and I feel SO confident without make-up now! I used to spend 30 minutes on my brows, they have not been even since I was 13. If you are on the fence about permanent make-up...Kathy is amazing and takes a lot of pride in what she does.
