Good evening my name is Lorenzo and I am one of your loyal customers. Between me and my wife we come here or to the others locations atleast once at week. Tonight I was closer to the one in Dilworth I decided to get some pizza to go. Lights and power were off. I do work in the industry so I didn’t complain as long they were making the pizza. A building without light and power is not authorized by law in any part of the world to work or be able to operate. I was not complaining about this at all. I went to the car grab my phone and flash the light to help them prep the pizza. When the pizza came out I politely request some prosciutto on top of my pizza . Out of blue light came back up. And so everyone was happy. One of the people added ham to my pizza . As italian men that I am, ham is not even close to prosciutto so I requested why the had ham to my pizza when I requested prosciutto. At the point the whole team started laughing at me. Closing time is at 9 pm and was still 8,15 pm. An hour before closing almost. So in this moment after being polite and as much understandable with the whole working team, I had reached my limit. So i asked them why they had the ham while I told them not too. I was in front of them, and they just did so to get rid of me. I told all of them to listen to customers and their request and one of them was so mad at the way I was confronting them, that he decided to follow me outside, asking me if I have a problem . He was very insulting and trying to confront me face to face till one his coworker came out and bring him in back to work. I do expect to hear back from you ASAP . Customer never needed to be treated like me. Especially when they are so available and helpful. If they don’t know the difference between ingredients they better work in a place where food is mediocre. I like this place a lot. I hope you can understand my frustration. If you have camera in the building you can check all of what I am saying. Till when he almost follow me to the...
Read moreLast night my husband and I decided to eat at this establishment. We entered into Inzio's about 7:30. We placed our order and found a table inside which was half full with customers. Due to the beautiful weather several families gathered at the tables outside. When we went to be seated I noticed pizza on the floor where we were sitting. Concerned about someone slipping on it I addressed the matter to a manager whose name was Faith. She said she would take care of it but I could tell by the tone in her voice that she was blowing me off. My husband and I watched her walk past the aisle where the pizza layed on the floor several times but the issue was never addressed. Where we sat we could see into the back prep room and were also taken back by the debri on the floor. I understand flour being on the floor but I was not appealing with the other items on the floor. We also noticed a staff member going up to the gelato freezer and taking a red plastic spoon and helping himself to the gelato! By 8:05 my husband and I decided to ask to speak to the head manager whose name was Cody. We shared with him not to take what we are sharing with him personally but as a learning experience coming from a couple that has ran very successful business establishments before. Again we were blown off. He stated there was a lot going on. My husband and I were taken back once again knowing and watching several staff members simply standing around. We also watched these managers (particularly the manager Faith, socializing with the staff). So needless to say that on Monday I will be calling Inizio's Corporate Office and we will not be eating here again. To have a well established place of business it isn't just the food that has...
Read moreIf you are a pizza purist like me you will love this restaurant. If you are a NY style pizzeria lover and enjoy grease dripping off the pizza you may be out of your element. They use the freshest ingredients, mostly made in the restaurant which was a pleasant surprise. I am a San Marzano tomato fan and the purity comes through. The use of toppings is perfect and doesn’t take away from the core ingredients. The pizza is amazing and the way they cook it is unique. I was a bit dissapointed by the lack of appetizers but I didn’t go there for that so if you enjoy mozzarella sticks or chicken fingers you will be bummed. Not going to find the bad stuff we love here. You can eat pizza without worrying about your waistline. The beer and wine options were a neat touch too. I also was surprised they don’t serve sweet tea, especially in the south. Overall the atmosphere is kid friendly and the staff is always willing to explain their unique process. Don’t be afraid to customize because the menu makes you think it’s not an option. If you are looking for a great lunch spot, or an upscale pizza place for 2, you won’t find any better. The pizza stands up against anything...
