I unfortunately have to update my review, as this was once a place we regulared weekly but no longer will. Our last visit, the anchovies on one of my friends pizza was missing, and when we mentioned it to our server, the OWNER herself brought out a plate of raw anchovies, expecting him to put them on and it be fine. They were raw anchovies…for a cooked pizza. I am not sure the owners know how to manage this place. When the anchovies were still on the bill and we brought it up, again the owner, Laura dismissed the issue because she had given him a glass of wine. Mikey, another owner, had to come by the table another evening because the pizza was poorly cut, and he joked he forgot to sharpen his blades rather than offer a solution. Since the recent change in management, this place has shifted and there seems to be an issue with the food quality every visit. We really did used to love coming here, but now we joke what will go wrong this time so it’s time we move on. 4/23/2025
My wife, mother, daughter and I went out to lunch here today and had the best time! We've been here a few times but today while dining in, my little girl lost a tooth. She accidentally dropped it on the ground and both our server and the manager got on the ground to help us find it. We ended up finding it and the manager gave us a little sauce cup to keep it safe. We went through the whole meal with great service by Andrew, and were wrapping up when the manager snuck up behind our daughter and opened up a gift card envelope that said ‘from the tooth fairy’ $5. She closed it back up so our daughter didn’t see, but handed it to my wife. The gesture was such a surprise and now we’ll be able to put it under the pillow and our daughter will always remember this visit to the Crust. We’ll always remember this visit! Thank you Andrew and Samantha for providing a wonderful family outing and going above and beyond to make my little girl...

I can't believe I spent my hard-earned money on a meal so vile, it could only be described as an insult to the very concept of pizza. This restaurant, which boasts glowing reviews and high ratings, completely failed to live up to any expectations. From the moment my pizza arrived, it was clear that the only thing being served here was regret.
The crust was dry, stiff, and so brittle that it could have been mistaken for cardboard left out in the sun for too long. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the pizza was drenched in grease like it was auditioning for a role in a fast-food horror show. And let's talk about the pepperoni. Not only was the quality subpar, but they smothered the pizza with so much of it that it was less of a topping and more of a greasy, salty flood, suffocating the entire dish. Each bite was a reminder of how badly this place missed the mark.
The lack of sauce was another travesty. I have had more flavor from a cracker with ketchup than what this pizza offered. There was barely enough sauce to cover the bare minimum of the crust, leaving the entire thing dry, crunchy, and devoid of any depth of flavor. The cheese? Don’t even get me started. It was as if they used the cheapest, most processed option possible, providing no relief from the disaster that was the rest of the pizza.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The only redeeming quality here was the customer service, which was friendly, but no amount of politeness can save a meal that is literally inedible. I honestly don’t know how this place earned its high ratings, but I’m convinced they either have fake reviews or were riding on some past reputation long forgotten.
If you value your taste buds, steer clear of this place. It’s not worth the money or the disappointment. One star is too much, but it’s the...

We had 3 10'' pizzas (Meat Lovers, Chicken Pesto, Palermo) and they were sufficiently tasty and enough for 3 people. The Chicken Pesto was my favorite. The toppings were piled onto the square slices so high that they fell off. It is not a pizza to eat on-the-go, although they do carry-out. For a restaurant advertising their crust quite substantially, the actual crust is thin and all-but masked by the surplus of toppings, at least on the 3 aforementioned pizzas. A romantic would opine that the pizzas lack an expected quintessence.
The inside of the restaurant is very well organized. The bar and tables provide copius seating indoors, and the patio can handle any potential overflow, I’m sure. We watched the Kentucky Derby on one of the many TVs, and it was a fun experience for 1 minute, then it was over.
Price-wise, a 10" pizza was $10, pretty standard for the area.
Service was great! The owner was walking around asking people about their experience; it's always nice to see that.
The restaurant is very close to Inizio, and I must say I prefer Inizio. I may return to The Crust, but they have not swayed me from continuing my patronage to Inizio. While I do not want to take away from The Crust Pizza and their wonderful establishment, I cannot overlook how people will now have the ability to choose between The Crust and Inizio.
TL;DR: Good, but go to Inizio if you're debating...
