This shop is nasty and very unprofessional. They use very cheap hair. The owner gives you one price and then when it is time to check out it is a different price.

I spent 8.5 hours getting my hair done only to have the hair come out in bunches. The braids are not the same size, because 2 different people did my hair. The first girl did the back and just walked away without saying a word, she went to the back and sat down, and to owner had to find to find another person to finish my hair.

I observed the owner start on a client's ( she was a child)hair and left them in the chair for hours and didn't come back or send anyone else over to finish the job. When the mother returned the owner lied saying she had been doing the client's hair, which turned into a shouting cursing match between the owner and the child's mother. The owner demanded payment for the few braids she had done.

I highly suggest finding another braiding shop. This place is very unprofessional and they do not respect people’s time. I scheduled a 7AM appointment and my braider was very late and she didn’t start braiding my hair until around 10AM. My braider took many breaks and most of the customers had more than one person braiding their hair except me. There were even times that no one was braiding my hair but other customers had 2-3 people braiding their hair. I was one of the very first customers to arrive and I was the second to last to leave. I should’ve gotten a discount by the poor quality service and the fact that they had me there for 13 hours. I also found it ridiculous how I had an early scheduled appointment and there were customers that walked in later asking for the same service and left before me. This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had and I seriously do not recommend this...

They are unprofessional and discriminate towards people. They don't have fixed prices and will have you waiting for hours. Even after they've started on your hair, they begin work on several others. The first time, they finished waist length boho braids on my daughter in 3 hours. We were happy. When we returned for a similar but much shorter style, it's taking over 7 hours. When my older daughter told her that we expected her sister's hair to be done by now, she got an attitude and asked my daughter to move out of the way. Oh, and by the way, if you have locs, forget about them for a retwist. I fot a retwist there and it they couldn't just be honest and say that that's not their specialty. They used the pro-style black gel to retwist, couldn't do any styles. I directed my stylist on a bun, a bun! She was having a hard time. And was charged $30 extra for that! I won't be going...
