UPDATED REVIEW Mon 11/11 I HEARD FROM THE MANAGER TODAY Mrs Charlene so thankful for her call and her looking into the manner of rudeness I had to deal with Saturday. This is the Kimbrells I'm used to dealing with. Thank you very much for your call and concerns. God bless. Updating my review! BTW I get my furniture much earlier than Saturday! Sat 11/9/2024 Im a long term customer I've paid off two or three accounts with Kimbrells on Wilkinson. My entire house is from this company. Today however I received the worst customer service in all the years I've been dealing with Kimbrells from a so called manager, Ms. Veronica. She acted as if she could care less if I was doing a cash buy of $800 or not. She was not compromising not professional and uncaring. Wouldn't work with me on delivery times starting they were full Monday and Tuesday and I don't even think they're open Monday bc it's Veterans Day! I almost left the store twice.
Jude saved the day was very helpful and served me with gratitude. It didn't make up for Veronicas unprofessionalism and very bag customer service but I was very thankful for him today. Ms Veronica should not be in customer service let alone a manager with that awful attitude. I will not give her any future business nor recommend my friends or families to this...
   Read moreI'd made one purchase that was successful and decided to make a 2nd purchase on 8/6/2020 which was a leather sofa & recliner. When it came time for delivery, I was called and told the arm of 1 side of the sofa had fallen off & needed a screw which they didn't have, and did I still want it to be delivered. They also said maybe we could get a screw ourselves and put on. I didn't think that was good business so went to the store to speak with the mgr. The manager was willing to lower the price on the suit so we agreed to accept the broken arm rest and agreed to receive the delivery of it. When the delivery truck arrived with the furniture, one of the delivery guys said that "both" arm rest on the sofa was broken and said he forgot to mention it. We were again disappointed but received the furniture because I'd already gotten rid of my previous furniture. It was a disappointing experience as we had to go out and look for the right screws and fix the problem. I would just say make sure you checkout whatever you want to buy throughly to save time & disappointment, otherwise the store staff was understanding & helped to resolve...

I replied after she waited on me that I was going to look around and was leaving my appointed time and after the third time she said Quote: you can stay in here until 7pm. I told her to not speak to me that way, that I was the one who has to pay for the merchandise. She then told David to roll my microwave to the door, I felt she was trying to put me out. I have did business with Kimbrell since 1979, and have never had this bad experience. I asked David the warehouse man who gets the order to check looking out the door in the back that my Uber was arriving, I didn't know if they was coming to the back or front, he said he wasn't going to look which that was his job to load me. When the car arrived my driver had to load the box because he did not. He was talking to the manager. I fell I have been mistreated and treated unprofessional.
