Today in this establishment they had a power outage and before everybody left without any of there money. The management had us to write our names and numbers on a list to get a refund. They assured everybody they're going to get their money back when the power comes back on. When I come back over here after I see the power HAD BEEN reinstated through the Duke power website. The owner did not even try to call anybody back and I go in here and ask him what about my money and he says he can't do anything about it. He got me for 135 dollars of credit off my machine so i asked if he can look at the camera video there's 100 cameras in that place. He answered me by saying no he wouldn't do that. He can see every machines from the camera feed. It's not the players fault that the power went off. He's got hundreds of thousands of dollar's worth of machines and all of his players is in here spending their hard earned money. He should have a generator system on this deal and since he doesn't he should have credited back everybody's money. This dude makes tens of thousands of dollars off of people that is addicted to gambling every week already and on top of that, He's scamming people out of this money also. This dude is not worth the American breaths he breathes!! Greedy and ungreatfull for the masses that he already has from scamming people there for years.That's okay Karma comes back to you there bud. He probably just made another couple thousand off of this incident tonight but I can feel sure that it's going to cost him a whole lot more than that in the future. These places like this shouldn't even be running anyway they're legal gambling is not not legal in North Carolina how it stays open when people pay in $100 and they might be lucky to win back 5 to 10% of every hundred dollars. The rules in Vegas is the machines got to pay back out at least 70% 75% not these machines...
