Would not recommend. My boyfriend booked me a massage for my 26th birthday. My appointment was 10am I got there 15 mins early. She arrived exactly at 10am. I walked In and let her know my name and appointment time she said she text the number on the reservation to let me know she was going to be late. I let her know it was my boyfriend number and he’s a work. She told me that I could wait in the lobby or in my car, I sat in my car for twenty minutes. She finally came out and said she was ready for me, I let her know I had the email for the reservation if she needed to see it. She stated that she needed the Groupon code to verify the appointment. I told her my boyfriend name and and showed the email confirmation. She stated that she could see the voucher but could not confirm it was mine since she “have a lot of clients with that name.” I tried to ask if there was anything else she could use to verify because again it was a gift and my boyfriend is at work, also I took off of work specifically to get my massage for my birthday. Tried calling my boyfriend a few times, he didn’t answer...she then says, “yeah because this is now cutting In to your time.” ... ridiculous, if she had been on time I would have been able to contact my boyfriend before he went into work. I decided to just leave and try to reschedule, whenever I had more time to take off work(I used my Last 8 hrs of pto for this appointment)
Around 3pm my boyfriend gets a email saying that she apologizes she doesn’t check her email on sundays, my boyfriend had sent her a email asking how do we need to redeem the voucher if I needed it or if he needs to just email it because it was a gift. He sent that on Saturday afternoon.
Long story short, would not go back. Her whole body language and tone was like I was a liar or trying to redeem someone else’s voucher. If you knew my boyfriend name and how it’s spelled it’s no way she had “ a lot of clients by that name.” Completely disappointed. It wasn’t until later that I realized she could have asked me to verify his phone number since she did text saying she was...
Read moreI went and saw Moon on a whim after finding her on Groupon, in dire need of a good massage for my overworked and achey back, neck, and shoulders. I had no idea I would be stepping into a space where not only my physical pain would be properly attended to, but my emotional and even mental aguish was acknowledged and understood.
Moon is an incredible empath, and could read my energy as soon as I came in; I'm a worry wart who constantly struggles to maintain control of what I can, and try to control things I cannot. While providing me with a soothing and much needed massage, Moon taught me all about breathing techniques, stretching exercises, and even products and care I can give myself to help both my body stay healthy and to ease my mind in daily life.
The atmosphere is so welcoming for women in a world where we constantly struggle to feel safe and appreciated almost anywhere we go. She is so knowledgable in what she does (has years of experience from school in the states and time abroad) and cares deeply about her clients - and it shows!
Will ABSOLUTELY be back and be sharing my experience with other women in my life so they can benefit from her services as well.
Thanks for all you do Moon - you are...
Read moreThis was the first time I had a massage. I felt so comfortable. Within the first 5-10 minutes of my massage, my body was loving it. I knew then that I found the massage therapist for me. She's very knowledgeable of the body and takes time to feel what your body needs as she works on you. I love that she approaches it from a place of healing, not just rubbing on your muscles and that's it. I felt so good after my massage! From the stretches to the insight that she gave me concerning my body, they have all been very helpful to me. She is definitely a treasure. Like Allstate, you're in good hands with Moon, and I highly recommend her services. I can't wait to go back! Thanks for all that...
