I just received a hi/low light service without a cut yesterday afternoon. Molson recommended the add-on toner service, as well. I was nervous and expressed my concern that my hair looked too dark, before and after my blowout, but I was assured it would fade. After arriving home, my husband, best friend, and I realized the color was way off. My hair was very blonde before my appointment, but I just requested a little more hi light/low-light weaving. I brought in two pictures so that my request would be clear to Molson. I realize that sometimes just verbally describing what someone wants can be misinterpreted. My hair was now dark brown! I contacted the salon the first thing the next morning and they scheduled me to come back in for a correction with Molson at 12:30. Molson was very nice, and agreed the color of my hairâŚcompared with the pictures that I had shown him before my service, was much darker. In reality, It really wasnât even close! He offered several excuses, one of which was the toner, and assured me he would correct it. He had done my hair many times and I had never had an issue at all. After he hi-lighted some of my hair on the top layer, I was shampooed, and then I was told by his assistants that I would have to pay for my hair to be blown out. I explained that I was in the salon the day before (3hrs) and I had payed $350., which included a charge for my blowout yesterday. I was ONLY back at the salon for an additional 1 &1/2 hours because my hair didnât even resemble the pictures that I had brought in the day before. They again said I would have to pay. The color correction didnât include a blow-out. đłđł I refused to pay a second time for a blow dry that I paid for the day before! I left the salon with wet hair. I have been going to top salons for 40 years. I have had very few instances where I had to get a correction, but when I did, of course my hair was blown out so that the stylist⌠and myself, could see that the issue was corrected and that I⌠the CUSTOMER was happy. Molson just continued working on the customer beside me during the ridiculous blow dry conversation with his assistants. He didnât say a word! He was the one who had told them not to include a blow dry. Molson is one of the owners of the salon. What a terrible business decision!! Outrageous!!    Read moreIs it possible to give negative stars? AWFUL HAIRCUT. I had long wavy hair, showed pictures of a trimmed up version I would have liked to receive. Simple. I received a BUTCHERS work. It was SO short and uneven. I was embarrassed to even walk out. I went back in twice after walking out the door before I even left the premises after my appointment. My hair was COMPLETELY UNEVEN. The first time I went back in a lady came up to me with her scissors while standing in the waiting area and CHOPPED the uneven piece I held out. Then she sent me on my way. I went back to my car and looked in my mirror and was so upset I went back in. Then she sat me down and continued to take MORE off. I went home and showered to do it myself. And the pictures below is what I have now. I asked for my money back as I had to go somewhere else and pay to get it fixed. They wouldnât. So I disputed the charge. And they told the credit card company I received their services. I didnât receive anything other than low self esteem and a $80 hole in my pocket. DO NOT GO HERE.

I clearly said several times , I donât want to go back! Yet again went again and again with the conditions . Had the nerve to hang up on me as well . Like what time of management is this . Unacceptable! A horrible experience with first Hairstylist Joy ruined my hair . She said she has 25yrs in experience but to me she didnât . It is the worst, it has never been like this . I went in there with healthy hair and left with severe damaged hair . Hair pieces falling . First left the salon with my hair looking orange / yellowish tones . I paid $250 and then got called in to give them another try the next day and get my hair redone by the master hairstylist Molouk . Her and the manger were very apologetic of what happened and saw how I should have never left the salon like that . A month out and my hair looks horrible and the haircut Joy gave me was not the correct . I asked for long layers and face framing and bouncy layers .
