I came in with a cashier's check once; wanted to cash it and deposit a portion. Teller insisted that she could not cash it but would only deposit it and it would have a 5-7 day hold. I tried explaining what a cashier's check is to her and how it should be as good as cash but she refused. I took it to a bank around the corner, not my bank and not the bank that issued it. They cashed it, no problem, less a fee since I didn't have an account. Another time I visited asked to use the restroom and they told me they didn't have one, no doubt a lie. In the Midwest even if they didn't have one for customers they would let me use the employee. Wells Fargo down here are absolutely horrible. They treat people...

I have a personal account at 5/3, but they made it almost impossible to open a checking account for my business. Wells “gets it” and they welcomed me in and made it easy, on me, to get my business started. Janet at the Rea Rd branch is so helpful and nice to work with. She follows up as needed and has put options in front of me that have helped me earn some free $$ from Wells. Never pushy, always helpful. She was like a robot who just doesn’t stop. We unfortunately had to walk out because she kept saying this dumb things, then when I told her we wanted to leave she tried to force us to stay and make us sign things we didn’t want to!
