Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a 21 year old woman and I made the mistake of wearing my street clothes rather than breeches. I was greeted rudely and not taken seriously. The two women were belittling and straight up rude. I was cut off when speaking numerous times. I was spoken to in a condescending tone and greeted with a sneer and a laugh when inquiring about sizing for boots. I mentioned that I had a long drive to and from and was refused sizing during their hours of operation. This is NOT the case at Dover Saddlery. I was met by the nicest woman, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. She answered my questions and was a huge help without making me feel small. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone from novice to expert. Unwelcoming greeting, treated like I was lost, and when finally deciding to leave because of uncomfortable environment- an older staff lady made the comment of “use your big boy muscles” when opening the door to leave.
