Upon visiting Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet, we were initially confused and somewhat disappointed by the name, as the restaurant does not actually offer hibachi-style cooking. Instead, it features a teppanyaki station, which, while somewhat similar, is not the same. Additionally, the cuisine is predominantly Chinese rather than Japanese, which could be misleading for diners expecting a Japanese dining experience. Despite this initial letdown, the selection of buffet food is quite impressive and diverse. The offerings range from classic Chinese dishes to American favorites, ensuring there is something for everyone. The teppanyaki station, where you can choose your ingredients and have them cooked fresh, is a definite highlight and adds a nice touch to the dining experience. Overall, while the name might lead to significant misconceptions, the variety and quality of the food do make Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet worth a visit. However, potential diners should be prepared for a more Chinese-centric menu with the added bonus of a teppanyaki station, rather than the hibachi experience the name suggests.

I love buffets. Yes i am overweight but not obese. But this place is average for this kind of big buffet. I did like the sushi. I liked the shrimp. My wife liked her food. I might have given it four stars but the female manager was yelling at the all female wait staff, loudly and across the food area as she cleaned up. The wait staff all looked grumpy, abused, and tired. The other thing that got to me was the multiple empty serving trays - meaning lots of places where there was just a dirty empty pan where something had been. Either ghey are unprepared for the 1/10th capacity they had or slighting the customers to save money. I will try the other buffet just down the road next time.

First and foremost, this is a Chinese food buffet restaurant. There is only a walk up hibachi grill ala Mongolian Grill style. A good, inexpensive Chinese food buffet but do not go for the sitting-at-the-table Hibachi experience. I enjoyed the chicken and broccoli, General Tso's, pepper chicken, green beans, and mushrooms. My kids appreciated that there was also mac & cheese and french fries. I did try their walk-up hibachi and it was straightforward and tasty. The atmosphere is relaxed and wasn't busy on a Saturday at 6 PM. It's a large space that can easily accommodate a family of 8 like ours. TL:DR Inexpensive and good Chinese food buffet.

Used to frequent this restaurant as the food is decent and prices aren’t bad. BUT, the service that my girlfriend and I received on this last visit was so terrible and overall unprofessional that I won’t be coming back.

The waitress only brought us one water with no straws and didn’t refill it after we politely asked. She was also rude throughout the whole ordeal. We usually tip pretty good, atleast $10 per visit, but we tip accordingly, and service like that deserves a fat $0. After she brought our check (time to sign for the tip) she completely changed her attitude acting fake nice. When she came to get the check we were still in the middle of eating. She opened the book and saw that we didn’t leave a tip. “Tip not included?” She asked, I looked at her and said “no tip.” She then stood there watching us while we ate basically demanding a tip. After about 30 seconds of her doing so we just got up and left mid meal.

This has got to be the most awkward and ridiculous restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Quite frankly, if you didn’t do anything to deserve a tip why would I give you my hard earned money?

Overall a shame that their waitresses act like that. Would be a great buffet otherwise. Won’t be getting my...

The food was alright however the service not so much. The whole time we were there it felt very rushed. The hostess didn’t even give us a chance to sit down before asking what we want to drink. Then we only had one plate of food and we hadn’t even taken a bite of our second plate and they brought us the check and as we were finishing our second plate they came back and said “thank you” and went to grab the checkbook and we hadn’t even put our cards on the check yet and then stood there and watched us and waited for us to get our cards out as my friend was trying to talk to me. We sign the last part of the check with the tip and the waitress came over and didn’t even wait for us to leave before grabbing the checkbook again and looking at the tip I gave her right in front of me and my friend hadn’t even finished his check yet and she again stood there and watched him waiting for him to finish and to give her a tip. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this establishment to me and my friends. Food wasn’t even that good for instance the cake they had for dessert was dry as a bone like it had been sitting out for days and my friend took a bite of chicken that was...
