Chattanooga Head Spa — Local services in Chattanooga

I have been wanting to visit a headspa for about a year now but all the ones in ATL were so busy I could never work out a trip. SO HAPPY to see CHS opened up recently. I visited immediately!! I did the ultimate package. Started with a scalp analysis and then moved to a nice locker area to change into a Turkish bath robe and wrap and comfy spa slippers. Lockers to keep my belongings while I was in the spa was a nice touch. We then went to head spa room. So tranquil and relaxing with the water flowing around. Comfortable tables with nice knee wedges to keep you comfortable during the treatment. Emily gave me the most wonderful head spa relaxing experience!! She rinsed, brushed, scalp massage, used products picked specifically for my scalp needs that smelled amazing. Shampoo conditioner hair masks all made my hair smell and feel incredible. The ultimate comes with facial mask and a neck/shoulder massage. All these things together are the perfect combination for a relaxing unique experience. After the rain water rinse Emily escorted me to the self service blow out bar (you can schedule a blow out with one of the cosmetologist ) where there were Dyson professional hair dryers and anything you could possibly need to fix your hair if you wanted to. All and all this was a WAY better experience than I expected and I can’t wait for the next time. Do yourself a favor...

I wish I would’ve gotten to experience the services; however, that was not made possible due to extremely poor customer service. The staff managing the front desk is rude and they are unclear with their policies. I came in for an appointment that I booked online. When I got there, they said they didn’t have any appointment booked with my name on it. I’m not sure what caused this discrepancy. They said that their system was having some issues, but then later followed up via text, asking me to prove that I had an appointment. I thought this was strange, but I happily rescheduled for the next week and all seemed well. No big deal. Fast-forward to the next week, and I am sick. I called to reschedule the morning of my appointment as soon as the spa opens and am informed that I will be charged 50% of the appointment - a policy that was not made clear at the time of booking. I asked if they would prefer for me to come in sick and potentially expose them to whatever I had and they were incredulous. My husband followed up with a phone call, and the woman on the phone called him a liar. It was so bizarre and uncalled for. This bad customer service will not get...

Honestly this is the best spa l have been to in Chattanooga! First off as soon as I entered the salon I was greeted with a warm and genuine smile! I came in today to get an all over color with Brittany who to say the least is a color Expert and thank goodness because my hair definitely needed some help after being extremely damaged from going blonde. I feel amazing after leaving any service with Ms. Rogers. As I was waiting I was amazed by the selection of upscale products such as face masks, unique Teleties brand hair clips, multiple LED therapy options that were highly rated online, as well as Self-Warming eye masks that relieve headache's. Oh and did I mention a variety of hair products that truly work and even affordable options with amazing results! The customer service is exceptional and I will definitely be back this month. I think Chattanooga Head Spa would be perfect for anyone dealing with daily stressors and looking for an escape to relax to even doing group pampering events such as bridal parties.
