My husband and I bought a new dishwasher online. We had it delivered and were told before hand through an automated email that we needed to have a grounded outlet available for the new unit. This was also confirmed over the phone by their installation and delivery department. Our old dishwasher was hardwired, so we had an electrician come out and install the outlet. The dishwasher delivered, and we were told our new unit HAD to be hardwired. There was no other option and that specific model did not have a plug that would fit the plug in on the back of the machine. Luckily my dad was able to install the junction box, so we didn't have to pay an electrician for a second time. We did have to have the same guy who delivered the dishwasher come out to hook up the water and drainage line. First he dropped the whole front of the machine really hard on the floor attempting to flip it so he could see the hook ups. Then, he hooked everything up, that was fine, at the time. Then he went to the truck and brought back in a plug and laughed saying, "I found this in the truck! It's the outlet attachment for your unit, I totally forgot we had them." I just stared at him. "If you ever need it, now you have an outlet attachment." I was baffled. But everything was installed and I was just tired from this whole experience.
Now, here we a week and half later and we have a leak under our sink that was not there before installation. I will NEVER order anything that requires delivery and install from this store again!

Read moreI'm giving this store 5 stars for 2 reasons. One being the price on the appliance we picked out was the best price we could find in town. The other reason was because of the salesman, Patrick. He was very friendly, super knowledgeable, and I could tell he really wanted to help every single customer in the store that day. He ran back and forth between the front desk and the back storage area more times that I could count to help everyone. Why is he not the manager or assistant manager of the store?? He is a huge asset!
(I would deduct stars but I don’t want to take away from how great Patrick was to us.) The only problem I noticed while in the store on Sunday, October 24th, was the actual manager or assistant manager. I call him that because he was the one dressed a little different (button up shirt vs. polo shirt). He sat in a chair the whole time I was in the store, which was at least an hour, looking at his phone. It wasn't work related, I'm sure, because he was smiling/laughing while on his phone. This normally wouldn’t be a problem for me, if I was the only one in the store and Patrick was already taking care of me, but I wasn’t. As I said earlier, Patrick was running around helping at least 5 different customers at one time with no help from his assistant manager/manager. I even heard Patrick call for help a few times but never saw the other person help anyone. Solution…move Patrick up and have him train employees on how to interact properly with customers. Good...
Read moreI bought a refrigerator from here earlier this year and had an overall good experience. I came back a few nights ago to have a look at washer/dryer sets and really felt like the salesperson (Pat? Man with red hair) wanted to sell me a specific brand even tho I state specifically what brands I will or will not buy based on my personal experiences as a maintenance contractor. I asked about financing and then he asked me what my credit score was and I just said I’m unsure I haven’t exactly checked it and then he suggested I look into this one financing option. After getting an overall really bad vibe from this guy I just said thank you have a great night and tried walking out right then and there. The salesperson then handed me a card with the machines I looked at written down and his name and said when I get approved for financing please come back and mention his name since he actually makes commission. So I really feel overall, he didn’t have my own interests at heart with the brands I wanted but rather his interest based on how much he’d be making off of my purchase. Which takes me back to my refrigerator purchase, and now I realize I was actually persuaded to buy the one I bought because I really was interested in a different much more affordable one originally which I am so not okay with.
