Waffle House — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I would so give a negative if I could! We walked into this place for dinner on the 4th of July with a family (2 kids) us with our 11yr and a few 20-year-olds were at another table. Our waitress, along with another waitress, were yelling at each other across the restaurant because they were obviously pissed at 1 another. This continued the entire 20 minutes we thought we would stay. One of them finally gave us 1 menu when we asked for it as she huffed and continued to yell at the other older lady and complained to us about her. The manager is now in the mix doing nothing to stop it and yells right by our table I'M NOT DOING THIS I'M GOING HOME, our waitress then slams a bin of dishes down (very loudly) while yelling so we told them to cancel what we ordered and left. Every single table is dirty And it was not even busy! The servers 🙄 one was standing there with her purse on her and was so stoned didn't know where she was, and we waited for the table but was told that it's dirty so we need to sit somewhere else but there was not one clean table and we sat at the counter because it was dirty but had no dishes everywhere but the server has nerve to tell me and my son that they didn't have time to wipe it then continued to lay the silver and menu on the counter, and I never complain because I am in the same business, I am a server, and I will definitely say that I would NEVER EVER let a customer sit at a dirty table and continue to say I didn't have time to clean it then Serve on a dirty table! I have been going to Waffle house for the last 30 years across the United States. Where ever I move to ATL, JAX,ORL,Macon , Chattanooga etc. I moved to Hixson 3 weeks ago and once A week I try to hit WF and get the same order I always get to go. This WH happens to be the closest. So far all 3 visits have been disasters. First time they got "chunked" mixed up with whatever Onions are. 2nd time they had not even put my order in when I got there 15 minutes later. This time I sat inside 30 minutes and no order. It was not busy as the entire restaurant turned while I was there and I was the only person waiting multiple times. If you do not take To Go orders JUST SAY SO. Dont get them wrong on purpose or not even fulfill them . I will be opening 3 formal complaints with WH headquarters if you screw up again. EVen if it does not do anything. Dont bother responding to this...
