I give zero stars to this restaurant because yesterday, July 9 at 9 at night, I went to look for a delivery because I'm Uber and I'm dying of knowledge and I tell the cashier to please give me a drink which One of her colleagues tells her not to sell to me because I'm Uber, and her manager doesn't let people from Uber or Doordash sell to me, and it seems disrespectful and unconscious that they don't sell to us when we're practically working for them to take orders to your clients to your home, one has needs and deserves to be respected and cared for because if tomorrow I go and simply because I am a delivery person they tell me that they are not going to sell to me and I am not on my work schedule, it seems like a lack of respect and unconsciousness for this reason I give it 0 stars and commented here so that everyone can see what happened, it was very sad with this restaurant and I will talk to all my family and friends so they can see how bad they are in the restaurant we are all human beings and we deserve respect and we have needs, just as they want to drink, I am also not a donkey to just work and work, and that the girl, the cashier, in full order, picks up a co-worker and tells her in her ear seems like a lack of education and it's not that the delivery guy doesn't Can you sell me a drink? Read moreMy hamburger was room temperature and the fries were slightly cooler. It's like they're not even really trying. I asked for a pup cup of ice cream for my dog. Usually they don't charge me for it or maybe there's a slight charge but today they charged me almost $4 for it. I told the cashier it was for my dog but apparently it didn't register with him. The guy running the cash register's mind seemed to be somewhere else today. When I brought back my hamburger because it was made wrong he asked me if I already paid for it...I just kind of looked at him and said of course I paid for it I wouldn't have it if I didn't pay for it. I'm so tired of subpar and employees who really don't care about their job. I'm just going to quit going to places unless I know they're going to do things right. Dairy Queen used to be reliable and their food used to be hot and cooked to order but I got cold food today. I'm sorry but there are too many other options available than to waste my money that I work hard for. After reading the other complaints it's obvious that the owner doesn't care either. Most of the responses are just a half -hearted " I hope you give us another chance" I don't know about you but if I'm running a business and somebody's upset or wasn't treated right I'm going to make it right not just throw out a "Hope you come back" response. Read moreMy grandchild and I got there at 9:00 pm and the boy that took our order said that you can't order a hamburger after 8:00 pm which confused me why they are open till 11:00pm and you can't order what's on the menu. After we ordered something that we really didn't want I asked him why I can't order a hamburger while I'm there but I can order one online. He said that they make enough burgers ahead of time to fill the app orders which almost made me sick thinking that the burgers are pre-made just sitting there waiting to be ordered on the app. I told him I wasn't happy and asked to talk to the manager and he confirmed what the other guy told me but I mentioned that they had about 10 people back there playing around not doing anything and I think they had time to make a burger.needless to say he went back there and everybody got busy and they all started working because I told the manager that I was going to call his District Manager. I spent over 34.$ for one of the worst chicken meals I have ever had and don't bother trying to get in touch with a district manager because it's impossible.
