Yikes! Employees are not knowledgeable in what services are even offered. Several employees encountered are super snarky/sarcastic bordering on just downright rude.
I had several large print orders for my business and every single time, the orders were missing pages. Each time Iād call the workers would tell me I was mistaken. I had proof that it was missing pages and eventually it would be corrected but no real apology. This happened multiple times. At one point I was told that they couldnāt help locate my missing pages I had already paid for because they had to focus on their other orders.
The last straw was I had a print order sent in and was told I needed to basically use my sales tax refund I was owed (totaling at least a hundred dollars if not more) to pay for it instead of receiving the refundā¦.except no one would return the messages I left in order to finish the transaction. I even had one occasion where a shift manager told me that was something they donāt even do despite having email documentation of it. This was November 2023 and I never received my sales tax refund for my business. I let it go and began printing elsewhere because it was becoming a full time job babysitting the print employees to ensure they printed my entire order.
I recently stopped by to drop off a package and was told that they donāt accept packages for drop offādespite having giant signs advertising this and on the website. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

I walk in at 5pm on a Tuesday evening and am told there is only one day that they offer that service (Saturday between 10am and 6pm) because they only have one associate who knows how to do it. This is incredibly poor management to only have one person on your staff who can do such a task. What if they quit or are sick for 3 weeks. Then you canāt provide the service at all. And since there are no other close places to enroll you are essentially letting the whole community down and the CLEAR company who chose you to be an enrollment site to begin with.
The next closest place to enroll is the Staples in Cleveland who provide the service 9-5 every day of the week. I think you can learn something here Hixson Staples management. Shame on you for this poor service! I will be taking my business to...

I drove 30 minutes each way to pick up my order, waited another 40 minutes in the store only to be told that they were unable to print the banner due to some corruption of the file on their end. Because I was in town just for the weekend I asked for a refund. I was told they couldnāt provide any refund receipt but promised that they would process it. Two weeks later when the refund still hadnāt come through I called customer service and was informed that they never submitted it. The customer service line was extremely friendly and processed my refund within minutes. I wasnāt offered so much as an apology for the waste of my time and gas to get there or the lack of product on their part and their failure to contact me to let me know they couldnāt provide what I paid for.
