There was nothing simple or positive about being a new client at this shop. I likely will not return. Upon driving through, the music was so loud I had to speak very loudly to even talk to the lady in the parking lot. Then she asked me what I wanted. I told her I'd never been there before, and asked where I could find a menu. She pointed to some sideways tvs that rotated between pictures of drinks, one at a time with little or no descriptions. (I see other reviews with menu boards, but there weren't any when I was there...) I just sat there with what I assumed a stupid look on my face, so she turned her tablet around so I could see the employee menu side which was overwhelming and foreign to me, so I got frustrated and ordered an iced coffee with vanilla. She asked if I wanted a latte, to which I replied no, ice and coffee, add espresso please. She read my order back, no mention of espresso, so I asked if she got that in the order. She said all the coffee was espresso and water. All they serve is espresso/americanos? The entire experience was ridiculous. I eventually had to break down and simplify what I wanted. I asked for coffee, ice, sugar and creamer in a cup. I wasn't trying to be rude, and was as patient as I could be, but there are only so many times I can repeat what I would like to have. Instead of explaining the process to me, she just input on her tablet what she thought I would like and read it back, making something very simple into something complicated. I'm sorry for leaving such a bad review but other people that just want a simple coffee should steer clear. **The coffee ended up being delicious. It's sad that I can't explore more options. It's silly to think I have to google what I want before arriving at a coffee booth. The whole point is to pop through for a pick me up, but that is not an...
Read moreI really like the drinks (try the Chiller, it's worth it), and the staff is AMAZING! Very friendly, very welcoming. However, ordering drive thru yere is kind of a nightmare. There's no physical menu until you get to the order spot; if you're third in line, you better quickly take out your phone (while operating a moving vehicle) and scan a QR code, open the link, and scroll. If you're lucky enough to make it to the window before knowing what you want, the menu is on a TV that is constantly changing screens, while a staff member hovers waiting for you to decide. To their credit, the staff is great, but there's still that feeling of "hurry up" that bubbles up in you while they're standing there. This also means if there's any limited time specials, and you miss the screen or didn't scan the QR code, you might not know about it; I found out the "Sweet & Salty Mocha" was a thing only after I had ordered because it was on a printed piece of paper on the check-out podium, and I was genuinely bummed because I 100% would have gotten that. The only thing that would improve this experience ten-fold would be a menu before or on the drive-up curve to look at (and cheaper prices, of course, but welcome to 2023). Overall, this place is fun, the drinks are good, and the staff is...
Read moreI usually have a great experience at this location, but unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing due to poor customer service. When I pulled up, a young lady looked at me, then turned back around and continued chatting with someone in the car ahead—who appeared to be a friend. Instead of taking my order, she prioritized speaking to her friend. I was genuinely surprised by the lack of professionalism. Only after her friend drove off did she finally take my order. I truly hope this isn’t reflective of the standards at 7 Brew. Regrettably, I won’t be returning to this location. —————— Edit: I sent two emails to the 7Brew contact I was provided below, and it has now been a week or so with no response. It appears the initial reply was sent only to give the impression that the issue was being addressed, when in reality, no action was taken. This experience reflects poorly on their ability to handle customer grievances and demonstrates a lack of genuine...
