The two girls in here clearly don’t like their job. I go in, one of them is on their phone and then gets up to help me. I tell her I want an Oreo stuffed cones and then she goes on about how they only have the glasses to serve for here. I’m getting it Togo and after I said to at there was some eye rolling going on. Suprise suprise, a Togo cut pops up out of no where and they can make my ice cream. I check out with the other girl and she asked which one I’m getting and I tell her the cone. The other girl, mind you both of them had an attitude today, said that I said the shake, which those words never came out of my mouth. I get my icecream but it’ll be hard to come given the service. I stopped in today hoping for a sweet, tasty treat to lift my spirits. My husband enjoyed his chocolate malt, and my one-scoop stuffed cup was flavorful — but honestly, the price didn’t match the portion. If I hadn’t been so tired, I probably would’ve kept searching for something more affordable.

I’m new to the area and trying to find a go-to spot for frozen custard or ice cream when I need a little comfort. Back home, I had places like Freddy’s or Culver’s — unfortunately, those options aren’t nearby here.

The two young ladies behind the counter were friendly and welcoming, but the older woman seemed rushed and a bit curt, which dulled the atmosphere.

Train your workers. Me and a friend just went to the hixson location and asked if one of their chocolates had nuts in it. They said no they don’t so my friend tried it. I double checked and very openly in the description it contains nuts and almonds. Their lack of knowledge of their own products is gonna hurt someone and there is no reason to not teach them.
