Their tacos are i-n-c-r-e-d-i-b-l-e!

I say this as someone that lived on the west coast for over a decade. The tacos here are outstanding. We tried as many as two people could reasonably consume. The suadero (rose meat) our server recommended was delightful, the barbacoa wonderful, and the campechano she also recommended…it was very good as well. My favorite is always the al pastor so I tried them and they were amazing. Their verde hot sauce is also delicious. I would buy that if they bottled it.

There were a few hiccups…the menu has all sorts of pricing marks on it, so it’s difficult to decipher what things actually cost without asking your server. Prices are very reasonable though. Also, the salsa tastes like canned tomatoes. I physically saw other ingredients in the salsa but only could taste canned tomatoes. The chips are very good though so I ended up putting their hot sauce on them. I also can’t doc them a star because the tacos were that good.

The servers here are so super-sweet. Three or four different ladies assisted our table and they were all helpful and extremely polite.

Update: They have new menus with current pricing. I’ve added them to my photos....

The food was gross this time. This was the second time they prepared it for me because they gave me the wrong order the first time. When I called they said they knew they had made the mistake and told me they would replace my order and they would leave my name at the front. When I got to the restaurant the hostesses said they had no record of my order needing to be replaced and asked me for a receipt. Of course, I told her i didn’t have one because I was not told to keep it. She then made a call to someone and they said they were okay with replacing half the order even though the entire order was incorrect. When I asked why, they went ahead and remade the full thing. However, I always get the shrimp tacos but this time they covered it in a mayonnaise type substance that tasted horrible. Why? I have no clue. Especially since they messed up my order the last time. Never going back. The sad thing is, I know the owner through a business relationship and I only started visiting because they asked me to. I will never go...

Just took the family for the first time. We had a great experience. Simple, authentic, and delicious. We tried a variety of tacos. The chicken was tender, the steak had no gristle, the shrimp was cooked well. I even tried some not so common tacos. I got a cactus taco (napoles) with chorizo. The cactus tastes similar to a cooked pepper, no thorns šŸ˜‰. The chorizo has good flavor and isn't greasy. There are a variety of other menu options also. This isn't a fancy place, but you can tell it's not your usual chain restaurant food. They have regular salsa and a spicy option in red and green. I got the spicy and it has a nice kick with really good flavor. If you aren't used to spicy food, stick with the regular salsa. The place is small and cozy. No loud music. The staff we met were very friendly and attentive. We will...

Neatly decorated. Server was nice, but we waited a while for our bill, didn't come, so we finally went to register. I had 3 different tacos. Besides having raw onions and cilantro (I don't like both), the taste was very authentic. Thought you got 2 tacos per order, but it was one taco with 2 tortillas. So after i took off onions and cilantro, it was just tortilla and meat. A little over priced for that. Friend has gluten allergy. They have a lot of options. She had fajitas. Chicken and shrimp were cooked perfectly, beef was a little overcooked. She said it was well seasoned. Friend has a dog, so she appreciated it being dog friendly.

It’s always so good here! I don’t like many Mexican restaurants but this place is authentic! Don’t get very much authentic in Chattanooga! Everything I have ordered has met my expectations. The spicy queso with chorizo is delicious and they always have specials. Oh yes, everything here is homemade it seems and it’s family run! Edited: I am so sad I’m moving away however I will be back when I’m in town!! I would suggest everyone try the Al Pastor tacos if you like pork! It’s my favorite
