Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Chattanooga

My partner and I went tonight (Saturday night @8pm) to get a sweet treat. We have never been here before. They have a lot of options so it took a second to figure out what I wanted. I could tell the worker was annoyed it was taking a second so I ended up just choosing the “our strawberry..whatever). She asked me what size. I said I just wanted a cone not knowing you had to pick a size. She rudely told me that they put it in a cup so I was like okay I guess just a medium. I asked for chocolate drizzle on top and again she rudely informed me it would be an upcharge which is fine. She goes to make the cone and for one all of the topping were on the bottom which is different than the picture. I got to the bottom and had no ice cream to eat the toppings with so it wasn’t even enjoyable. My partner got a cup or the Oreo with cookies and it was basically vanilla because there was noooo cookie crumbles in it at all.
