The Chehalis location is ridiculous... This isnt the first time there has been issues here with multiple people I know. I ask if they still carry a specific tray and get shown a magnetic strip. Those issues I can overlook. Especially since some people don't know and try but also with current staffing issues, good help is hard to find. Today was the last straw for me though. I wanted to purchase a tool cart and was told that there were multiple available. The cashier asked someone to go to the back and get one while he rang me up. I thought the unit was on sale however it was only for Inside Track Club Customers. The cashier says I can save $50 by joining ITC. I ask what all is involved; signing up, fees, ect. The cashier states that all I have to do is say yes and he gives me a club card(like safeway, orreillys, or cabelas) that can be scanned at check out. I said OK then get a total that is more than the unit at full price. It saves me nothing. The cashier was intentionally trying to deceive and get an up sell. I don't appreciate being lied to nor do I do business with stores or locations that do not treat customers with respect, honesty, and perform their job with integrity. I suppose customer service at this particular location matches the mistreatment of the workers in communist China that build most of the products...
