Maurices — Local services in Chehalis

I was in this location yesterday at about 1130am. There were 3 associates, all behind the counter, on the floor and no one greeted me, told me about the sales and promotions, or asked to help me. The area I moved from the associates knew who I was and were always there to assist. There was another lady that came in after me that was acknowledged but that was all they did. There were several items I was looking to purchase after seeing them online yesterday morning. So..instead of buying them in the store I went home and ordered them online and they will be delivered to my door. Honestly, I'm between the Chehalis store and the Longview store. Absolutely worst customer service, at the Chehalis Maurice’s. Not only did they mess up on my shipping order in the store! I get told I need to call customer service wait on the phone twenty mins, be told I need to call ups and them to tell me I’m getting charged for wrong shipping address. Bs she changed the billing address but forgets to change the shipping. I love this store!! Clean, spacious and full of clothes I really like! They carry great accessories, shoes and hand bags, and plus sizes too. Fitting rooms are clean and comfortable. Good lighting. Employees are always very nice and helpful yet don't 'hover' or pressure you. They have also ordered items for me from different stores when they didn't have a size I needed.
