Do not use this pharmacy for prescriptions! There is no way that they could possibly mess things up any worse. They have filled old prescriptions, staggered my refill dates requiring multiple trips, they have altered my online choices and then blamed it on my lack of computer knowledge (35+ years of computer work as well as 25 years of department IT guy). I’ve stood at the counter with someone wearing a coat labeled pharmacist and gone through my prescriptions one at a time pointing out the dates, which one superseded the other and which ones should be deleted from their system entirely only to get home and have an email saying that they had just filled one that they were to delete. Recently in an attempt to get my refills synchronized, someone in the store turned off my auto refills. Upon running low on one, I switched the auto refill back on. The refill was picked up the day I received notice. The next morning I get an email stating the same refill will be ready in 3 days. That afternoon I get an email saying that my insurance refuses to pay and I should call to straighten it out. As I begin to explain, they deflect blame and attempt to place it on my doctor (who likely just verified that the prescription was legitimate and not that I needed a 90 day supply every 3 days). Until the store management learns to apologize and admit their mistakes, they have nothing to correct. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Read moreI would of gave it less but there was one team member that rang me up (Allison) that was pleasant and gave me the time of day. Unfortunately the two other team members I interacted with before Allison, was not good. I believe the first team members name was Laura, who after asking help with getting pictures I needed to pick up, pretty much avoided helping me. With no enthusiasm or willingness to help she simply said “Well did you go to the counter and press the button.” As I walked to the counter to press the button another team member (do not remember their name), who seemed annoyed that I was there, asked “Can I help you?” Once she handed me the pictures, without giving a smile or even eye contact, directed me to the front counter. Management may not take this review into consideration, but I encourage the leadership of this store to hire the right people in the right seats. Read moreBy FAR! The worst experience I’ve had! I Went into the store to send my daughter $, by Western Union. After being on the screen for over 40 minutes finally the cashier “APRIL” came to me telling me that I had to go. I then ask her 4 different times what time Western Union closed, she finally replied 9 PM then I ask her 5 more times, central eastern or pacific. After answering me like she saw a ghost she finally said central. There is no common sense or work ethics in the workplace anymore! Customer service is out the window in the store. Obviously there’s no basic training on dealer portals in this store. I will climb the ladder until resolve this.
