Poor customer service!!!! Beware if you take anything home on approval. There is a 48 hour policy that I was not warned about and when returned the item two days later was not refunded any money, but forced to take store credit. I accepted this as a lesson learned. I later took two gabby lamps home on approval and ,of course , quickly returned them the next day. The store was doing inventory and said the computers were not on, but took all the information down for the refund. Three weeks later I received my credit card bill and the refund of $1351 was not credited to my account. I went back in and pointed out this VERY LARGE mistake to them. I am surprised that there is not more attention to detail with such a large sum of money. Lastly, I took 2 accent tables home to compare which was encouraged by the saleswoman. When I returned the next day with the one that did not work out, there was a sign saying all merchandise was 20% off. I asked if they would honor that for me and there was an emphatic NO from the manager. Read moreI bought two chairs that had to be ordered from this store and never heard back. I called several times to realize that the store front that I purchased from had closed without any communication about my order. I started calling the Birmingham store to try to get an update to find out my ordered had been marked in their system as delivered. This was when almost all communication stopped. I was told twice that they could not get status of my chairs and they would called me back. They never called back and 99% of the time they would never answer the phone and then when someone would answer the owners were never in and they couldn’t help me at all. After leaving at least 5 messages for the owners to call me back (which they never did) I finally received an email stating I had been refunded only after I threatened to sue the owner. We purchased a chair, couch, and coffee table from the Madison location. However, a little under year into having the coffee table we discovered the coffee table was beginning to split in half completely. We also purchased furniture protection for ALL items including the table in case something broke/ripped. We reached out under our year mark and again a couple weeks after a year and had a lady on the phone basically not help us at all. We reached out multiple times immediately after the table began to split. Absolutely insane customer service and still no new table after the amount we spent. Ridiculous. Haven’t and won’t shop...
