We went in on the 10th of December and placed an order for two PS4 Pro’s which came to an total of $805.58. On the 11th we received an email stating the order has been canceled. After calling to find out why and when we will receive a refund. We were told CHRIS who placed our order did not process it and we will receive a refund within 3-5 days. We asked them to just place the order again and were informed that they are now completely out of game systems at all stores. The upsetting part is we now do not have the game systems that the children asked for and to top that we were informed by an employee that after a payment is taken there is a button that says process order, meaning no excuse as to why it wasn’t done. Read moreI wish there was a way I could make a .6 star for a place. I went to this location so I can do a trade with 2 systems and a massive amount of games. Normally when I am here I see Sam (she is a girl and is awesome) and Clayton, but this time I met Amanda and she made me feel horrible. I came to trade and get a PS4 and 4 games for my boyfriend's birthday. She just wouldn't allow me to do the trade. Instead she tells me Gamestop is in the business to make money not lose. I drove a hour to come to this store because I love talking witih Clayton, Sam, and James. Thanks to Amanda I will never go back to this store. That negativity is something I don't want in my life.

This time I went in to try to trade in my Xbox and she made it sound as if there was an issue with my Xbox not connecting to the store WiFi. She tried to justify herself by pulling out her phone to show me her phones connecting to it and the entire time her phone is trying to connect to the WiFi as well and she proceeded to tell me it was Xbox. She’s extremely rude and is unhelpful. I know there was nothing wrong with my Xbox and I just went to another location and they took care of me perfectly. She’s extremely unprofessional, and rude.
