This was the worst customer service ever. I had a appointment time for 4:30, I was told the resizing would take an hour. Came back one hour an thirty minutes later an the resizing was still not complete. I ended up leaving 5 hours later an the ring still wasn’t finished. Over the phone she quoted me a price between $40-50 dollars, when I got there the price changed to $70. I was told the ring would be ready be 6:15pm the next day. The next day I was told the ring would not be ready by 6:15pm,I showed up around 7:30. So the ring still wasn’t ready, three hours later the ring was finished so I thought. The ring has to be resized all over again, it had a brush finish on both sides that’s completely gone. Then the last shoe dropped, she tried to charge me over a hundred dollars for a ring that’s completely messed up. I would not recommend you go there unless you like to waste your time and taken advantage of. If there was an option to give zero stars...

I have to absolutely say my experience with Mrs. Dawn was amazing! I recently broke my necklace that I cherish the most ever since I had it when i was a kid (for a 2nd time). So when I took it to her she pointed out a few things that needed to be done and other issues but to find out that the pervious person that worked on it did a terrible job. It really took a simple process I made an appointment yesterday, I drop by today and then 30min later my necklace was fixed to perfection. I was really satisfied by Mrs Dawn's work. I'm not just impressed with her 22yrs of experience but how truly genuinely she loves in what she is "gifted" at. We were referred to Ms. Jarman because we have quite a few pieces of jewelry to get resized and restored. They belonged to our mother who passed about 6+ months ago and we have put it off because we needed someone who understands how precious the jewelry is because of sentimental reasons. Our mom loved her jewelry and we want her to know that we will love it just as much. Ms. Jarman has not only done a wonderful job but has let us know everything that she will need do do on each piece and the cost involved which is lower than taking it to a jewelry store.
