I completed my 18 sessions of Cardiac Rehab at Lifestyles Fitness Center this past week. When I signed up I had no idea what to expect. The first session quickly showed me that they were serious about Cardio Rehab and that I could expect a good workout each and every session.

This Dream Team of professionals who guide you on your journey are dedicated, knowledgeable and determined that you will obtain the maximum benefit out of each and every session.

By the end of my 18 sessions I was feeling appreciably better physically and mentally. They motivated me to continue working out which I am now doing.

I personally want to thank each and every member of this special Cardio Rehab Team which includes Leslie, Hallice, Rickey, Enn, Nadine, Kyle, Lynn and Meghan.

I go here to do cardiac rehab. Had triple bypass. Work out on exercise equipment and light weights to gain strength to different muscles. They are a great group of people. Helped me gain strength, I now get around Without Walker or cane. Still have sessions to go. Highly...
