I am thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience at this store. I purchased a dresser and two nightstands in September. Initially, I was informed that delivery would occur a week later. However, after applying for a store card, I was later told that the items would only be available for delivery on October 30th. Although disappointed, I accepted the delay after receiving an apology from the staff.
On October 30th the item did not arrive, nobody traded out to informe me anything, when I called I was then told they would be delivered on October 14th. Once again, the delivery did not take place, and I received no communication or updates regarding the delay. After reaching out, I was assured the items would be delivered on October 19th. Yet again, no delivery occurred, and I received neither a call nor any form of notification regarding the status of my order.
To make matters worse, when I finally spoke with the manager, I was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism. At this point, I have already made two payments for the items that I have not received. To add insult to injury, I was informed that a 15% restocking fee would be charged if I chose to cancel the order.

I took some time to let things settle before writing this review. To be honest I had an interesting buying experience that went south on receiving the products purchased. As a 1st time customer of VCF, I must say, the customer service went far beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. Every interaction was thoughtful, professional, and warm, making my entire experience incredibly pleasant.
What and where things went south was with the product and defects it had. But again the Staff stood out here as they showed the most attention to detail and knowledge base along with their willingness to go the extra mile in getting it corrected for me. It's rare to find an establishment in today's workforce where every team member is so dedicated to ensuring that every customer leaves happy. But I want to give a s/o to the manager Zach, and my delivery driver Sam! These guys are truly professionals in the furniture biz.
