I would give this place less than one star if I could. There is absolutely no type of customer service here at this location. This was my first time order from Los Burritos and the last. I ordered my food on order up and received my food in a decent amount of time no problem. However, when my food was delivered, i and was missing the two sprites to go with my entrees. No big deal. I figured I would call them and have them send someone out with my drinks or refund my money since there was nothing offered I compensate me for the drinks that never made it with the delivery. HOWEVER! when I called th manager at the restaurant refused to refund me my money and said there is nothing they can do because the order was placed through order up. Interesting. I’m sure order up gets a small portion of this order and the restaurant makes 100% of the money for the food and drinks. Back to the story, the translator employee told me they could not do anything per the manager. He got my number and told me he would call the order up delivery guy (like he can do something) and have them call me. Long story short I won’t be ordering from this location ever again. I’m so glad it was only 3.98. I debating going up thEre with my hot food and leaving it there with the drinks I was supposed to get. Instead I am going To drink water (which is all I keep in my house at the mom by), and learn Los burritos is not a place I will ever order from. I suggest you go somewhere like Moes, Qdoba, or Chipotle. They have the same stuff with better customer service. You will get your moneys worth and the food AND DRINKS...
Read moreHave to say I don't see what all the rage is about this place. I stopped here today for the first time and had a burrito for lunch. I was the only customer there while ordering though some others did stagger in while I was eating.
I waited patently while the lady behind the counter finished her conversation with an unseen lady in the back. I requested a beef burrito and she proceeded to put some beef and my wrap on the grill to heat them up. Once the wrap was softened I had her add pinto beans, rice, pico, lettuce, cheese and cilantro. Then she added the beef from the grill and rolled it up.
I added a cup of tea to the order and it came out to..... $11 plus change. For a f'n burrito? You gotta be kidding me. There's some serious nickle and diming going on here. I filled my cup and took a seat. Upon unwrapping the burrito the thing almost fell apart. It wasn't wrapped tight at all. I ended up cutting it in half and had well... a tasty yet very sloppy lunch.
All in all, the food was good. Service was so so. Honestly i don't think you're really getting your money's worth here. You can definitely get the same meal, same portions and quality cheaper at other places around the area....
Read moreToday (1/4/23) was the first time we went to ‘Los Burritos; fresh Mexican grill.’ My family and I decided to order ‘Burrito Loco’ which was filled with shrimp, beef, rice, and Chorizo, etc. Accompanied with chips and salsa and two other hot sauces that are freshly homemade, not only that but also a salad and pico de galló. Overall, I would like to say that there was so much flavor within a simple bite of the burrito. Furthermore, I would like to state that I have eaten in many multiple Mexican restaurants and let me just say that this one topped them all off because just like the title says “fresh Mexican grill,” it truly is FRESH! Lastly, I would also like to mention that the staff was overall very friendly and payed attention to their costumers, not only that but the place was very tidy and clean, which I’m sure we all love to eat at a sanitary place! Which is GREAT!!! 10 out of 10 Hint: They have a large menu, make sure to ask for it before you order, there might be something else that sounds good on the menu that you might like, not just what’s simplify on there...
