CVS — Local services in Chester

I was in the hospital for two days, and visited two urgent cares before trying to get a prescription for a GI cocktail, literally just Maalox and Lidocaine as I was in terrible pain. I explained this to the minute clinic woman after rushing there because the one near me didn't have available appointments. She says she doesn't feel comfortable giving it to me. I started crying. I was trying to tell her through my tears what was going on so she could recommend an alternative or something, and she cuts me off and says if I don't stop crying she is calling the cops. WHAT?? I was flabbergasted. I will never go to a minute clinic let alone this one, ever again. She was so nasty to me when I came to her for help. She should not be allowed to work there. The WORST pharmacy I have ever been to/ experienced. Avoid this location at all costs for the pharmacy. So unprofessional and unhelpful. I was having them transfer my prescription and they made it a 2 hour in store and on the phone ordeal. She was completely incapable of doing the transfer and simply calling the other location to back out my prescription so they can fill it. She was also confused about why I couldn’t use a different brand as it wasn’t in stock after I explained that I have reactions to the other brands and I am willing to wait for them to have the order come in in the next few days. While kid conversation she hung the phone up on me and put me on hold for 5 minutes. Extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother also had a similar experience in store with her. This place sucks I work 15 min away from I went there 3 times and all three times this place sucks more and more. The most recent I went to the min clinic the nurse was so rude she hates her job she did not want to be there she could not wait get me out. I was the only patient there. I went in cause I had a cold, cough and soar throat and I walked out with her saying Take some DayQuil or anything over the counter. She did not prescribe anything and later I found the are not allowed to prescribe anything cause they are not real Doctor. Then why hell are u there why you wasting people time and money? Please save your self stay away from this place and go to a REAL DOCTOR. They do not know how to talk to people they talk over you and don't let you talk at all.
