I guess 3 stars is fair because of the free diagnosis for my MacBook, which I was honestly expecting to pay for. I was seriously surprised when they took it in for free. My experience changed a few days later when they called, for the worse. The laptop couldn't be fixed, which I was afraid of. That was not the problem, it was the fact that the person only said "unfortunately it's unfixable.", nothing else. I don't expect a full inspection and report for a free diagnosis, nor do I even care that much. My issue was that the person could have at least pretended to care and give me at least 1 sentence why, if nothing else for "closure". I used this very expensive laptop for everything, and had bought it to last: a 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD 16" few year old macbook pro. and was prepared to spend quite a bit on the repair. The macbooks in the store were overpriced. I was also in the market for another one. Instead I got one somewhere else a year earlier and trimmed down the specs 1 notch (which are still more than I need, and saved a TON), and I also have a 2 year warranty covering battery/ accidental/liquid damage.

When I went in to pick it up, I wasn’t able to test the battery because another employee said they had not charged it. That they never do that. (?) So I took it home and left it on my charger overnight and it was no better than when I had taken it in the first time. I returned to the store and a 3rd employee (not Max) was there who wouldn’t even listen to my complaint, Acknowledge that this was a very important health device for me, or answer any questions other than to say, it won’t be done today because our person who sanders doesn’t come in until tomorrow. I asked if I could speak to Max, who was very caring when I first brought it in, but they said she doesn’t come in until tomorrow either. Read moreTook my phone in to get the screen repaired , my initial experience was great no issues. A couple days after getting the phone fixed I noticed that the screen was jumping around and and calling people by in self so since the phone was under warranty I took the phone back in to have the screen repaired. When I went back to pick up the phone the tech indicated that my phone had water damage. This was totally not true. My phone has never had any water damage and the phone had just recently been serviced with no mention of this previously. The tech didn’t offer any explanation for why the indicator would mistakenly say my phone had water damage when it didn’t . I will be contact with management...
