I ordered from their rapid online ordering system .... I requested the now button as I would like to pick it up as soon as possible. I placed an order for 9 pick 2 meals and the online system said because the size of my order it would be ready 1 hour later (I felt this was a long time to wait but none the less placed the order for my boss and his clients ) . I arrived approximately 30 minutes early and bought a beverage . The cashier asked the name on the order ( both the cashier and the woman in the bakery part where exceptionally friendly ) I told her and she went to see if they where at least working on it . a woman steps out from the back and said she didn't even see the order asked me for the paper and stated she would start on it from the receipt I had (great !) But after that it was all downhill ... The woman must have asked a man (I am assuming the manager) why she didn't have the order ... He stated the order was printed and because it had hot food it was set aside ... then he said if they wanted to come in earlier then they should have put that time ( It wasn't an option as the computer program gave me the time ) then yelling at each other she says well shes her now so what do you want me to do ?!? Not once did i mention I was in a hurry , I just sat in the chair next to rapid pick up ... while sitting there I listened to the employees complain about customers( This lady calls for delivery at lunch time then complains , she just wants free food , ect ect ect ), I even heard a woman slam something a few times and yell " I hate these people", The worse part was that the person I assume to be the manager was the one talking the most . Where is your level of professionalism ... When the pick up time hit I looked at the rapid pick up shelf and it was empty ... A gentleman came around the corner and asked what I was waiting for . I told him and they began looking for the order ... They found it at the cashier stand ? No one told me it was there , The bag sat there about 15 min as I recalled someone putting it there but thought it was for a delivery. I politely thanked them and walked out the door ... When I got back to the office and organized the lunches i noticed there where no forks for the salads , spoons for the soups, the Caesar salad box was crushed and if I hadn't asked for extra butter there would have been none for the bag of rolls that we had...My simple grilled cheese was like rubber.... This experience was extremely disappointing and will definitely cause us to seek other restaurants to order from for...

I LOVE their Broccoli Cheddar Soup. I ordered DoorDash and got the Bread Bowl with the soup. It didn't seem like a lot of soup, so I am glad I got a bowl instead of the cup. The bread bowl is large enough to use again or use to dip instead (which I did). It is good quality bread and they were out of baguettes (I got chips instead, but you don't get to pick the chips on DoorDash). I plan to eat more of the bread later with butter. It wasn't that much more either (I think like 30 cents?). I am not sure if it is less soup, though.
All the sandwiches I have had are good. Today I had half of the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. Really good but I would ask for more greens on it next time and maybe a sauce/more sauce. I ordered the Tomato Basil Cucumber Salad as the side. It was good and will be a good snack later.
I also got the Peach and Blueberry Smoothie with Almond Milk. Really refreshing.
DoorDash is about a dollar more per item, FYI. It was all almost $30 and enough food for a meal and a couple of snacks. It helped make my sick stomach feel better and I feel pretty healthy after eating even with all the bread.
They are expensive via DoorDash. This time I tried the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese on a Brioche Bun. It was OK. I also got a banana strawberry Smoothie. Also just OK for the high price ($8.19 for just a breakfast sandwich and $7.79 for a smoothie). Go to McDonald's or something for breakfast instead. I will say their orange juice was very refreshing but is from three different countries... who knows what's in it. I had to knock it down to a four. I would have as a three, but I have had good experiences with lunch items in the past. It's just expensive... even more so with...
Read moreIf I could give ZERO stars I would! I went to Panera before work at 10:00 to have had the worst and nasty service ever. I asked for a LARGE side of mac and cheese. The worker never repeated my order at the speaker, it would have been correct the first time. I get to the window to her repeating back my order and said “small make and cheese” I than said no it’s supposed to be a large. Ok she changes the price ring me up for a large and then hands me my bag of food with 2 small sides of halfway full Mac and cheese. I then asked the lady “mam I asked for a large side of mac and cheese not 2 small sides”. If I'm spending money with a restaurant, I would like it to be how I ordered it the CORRECT WAY. If I wanted two small halfway sides, I would have asked for that and not a large. She then responded that's the size of a large if I poured it in the large container that she could give me to do myself since she couldn't take the food back. I then responded that’s not a large, if I combine two smalls that are halfway full you can’t tell me that makes a large. I'm paying $12 for this Mac and cheese; I would like it done correctly. then the manager proceeds to take the Mac and cheese from OUT MY CAR, from all the way out the window into my car to grab everything, including the bag, which was on my lap, she grabbed for that inside of my car. Very unacceptable behavior. I should be the one to have the attitude and not the employee that wrong my order up wrong, and definite not the manager that's SUPPOSE to be there to oversee everything and make sure customers "orders should be correct every time"...
