My experience with this store was anything but horrible. In fact it was the opposite. When I walked in for the first time, Kristen welcomed me with a warm smile and help me find a mattress the was suitable for my needs and well within my budget. She hooked me up to the "Mattress Matcher" to determine what mattresses would be a good fit. This made making a decision of picking one very easy since I had a hard ( Very overwhelming ) time finding what would be a good fit for me, since there are so many great choices. I came back a few days later to purchase the one I had picked. Konrad helped me with the purchase and was very good at helping me read all the paperwork helped me understand everything before signing and paying for everything. From the need for a better mattress to the actual buying the mattress, to the return policy, to the delivering of the mattress. The overall experience with Kristen and Konrad was all around great. Since the purchase, Konrad, Kristen and myself have actually stayed in touch and they ask me how i'm adjusting to the new bed. Very much a friendly environment. Much Kudos to the guys out at the Chester location for a Great buying experience. Me, My Wife & Son went into the store looking for a new King Bed for Me & My wife as well as a Queen bed for my son. Matt & Conrad helped us pick out our beds and gave us good insight of the benefits of each bed we looked at. Between the Temper pedic & the Smart Life Mattress by King Koil. This was all done right around closing time. They stayed after closing to help answer any remaining questions We had and ultimately we closed the sale on a good note. Conrad was able to ensure a delivery date for the next day of July 4th which worked due to our schedule. Couldn’t recommend a better Mattress company as well as Sales guys that know their products. Well we received our new Tempur-pedic Pro-Adapt Soft mattress this morning. We have not slept on it yet. The sales experience was easy and informative, with Teka taking ample time with us discussing the recommended choices & availability of products we selected. The delivery experience was top notch as we received the automated call as promised the night before giving us a 3 hour window and receiving another call this morning when the truck was 20 minutes out.
